The carne asada nachos were a good deal, and I think the chips were made in-house, but the liquid cheese is not my favorite. The fish taco had a finger of fried fish. She provided me with disposable forks, serving utensils, plates and napkins. The containers of cheese and sauces were glass and reusable hard plastic which I was told I could keep! I felt that $10 a person was well worth what we received! If I am in need of their services again, I think I might pay the extra $2 per person to have them serve out of their trailer!
