The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. We felt uncomfortable and even worried that the staff might do something to the food out of spite. To make matters worse, my 3-year-old even said, "This place is bad." This establishment claims to offer an "all-you-can-eat" experience, but their real goal seems to be to charge customers while preventing them from enjoying the food. If you can't run a buffet properly, then don't advertise it as such. And if you're going to impose such strict and rude policies, at least treat your customers with respect.
