They usually have a few different brews going which is a plus. I had their boba milk tea BOGO. Which is a great deal! Unfortunately, it was unimpressive. The boba wasn't fresh and there was too much milk in it. I wanted to like it, but it just didn't deliver. I will probably be back again to try their other flavors though. Why? Because Redlands just doesn't have many boba options. They have donuts, sandwiches, ice cream, boba and flaming hot Cheetos. Very random assortment of sinful delights. I would recommend they change their name to something that doesn't have donuts in it. I was skeptical about the quality of their boba because it was coming from a donut shop. hello there, this is my first yelp review so sorry if it is bad. I usually do not put reviews or say anything about stores i go to but this place takes the cake (get it?). Jokes aside, I love this place after going to it just once and would not regret going there again. They make new donuts every day, and I'd rather drive there for 10 minutes rather than go to the Yum Yum donuts 4 minutes away, as their donuts are super crusty. I stopped here to buy a snack and went in the restroom. It was in the most atrocious condition ....no toilet tissue, seat covers or paper towels and only a small amount of soap in a broken dispenser. The smell was disgusting and the floor was very wet with what had to be urine based on the location. I did buy 2 donuts but am going to throw them in the trash as it made me wonder what the kitchen looked like. I did ask the employee for some supplies and was told there was no toilet tissue. She went into the bathroom to put some paper towels in and saw the condition it was in and said sorry, once I commented on it, but she never offered to clean it. Absolutely disgusting! read more

We frequent this place usually with a large order (donuts, sandwiches and drinks). Service varies but I find it hard to communicate with the staff sometimes. The lady was very distracted in the middle of taking my order and literally looked away as I was ordering. Another time they put cheese in the sandwich after I asked them not to. No big deal but just makes the place sub-par compared to other shops. Food tastes pretty decent but the place is dirty. The tables and chairs always appear to be filthy. read more

Before going shopping crazy my friend and I met here for some boba! Not only this was a boba spot but also a donut shop I see. Looking at their menu they had a crazy wide variety of coffee and tea drinks... I opted to get a jasmine milk tea which was very good, and reasonably priced! (Probably $1 less compared to other boba tea places nearby). Donuts also looked pretty good too (they had tiger tails!), but with the boba I think I had enough sugar for the day lol. They also served sandwiches which looked yummy as well. Service here was very friendly and nice, only thing was that there was only one girl working behind the counter so it was kind of slow, and there was a long line of people! You wouldn't expect that on an early Saturday night.. but hey I guess that shows how good business is for them. read more

My original 5 star review (see below) is now down to two stars after my most recent experience there. I ordered two turkey croissant sandwiches for lunch after raving to my coworker about this place and everything was ready on time, per usual but when I got back to my office on the other side of town we noticed that they made us tuna sandwiches instead of turkey. I understand that this is partially my fault for not checking before i left but i had not a single issue here before that so i was confident in my order, the sandwich mix up isn't even why I was upset. I called to let them know their mistake and the girl I spoke to passed the phone to the lady working in the kitchen and he said very angrily that she knows "for a fact" that she made two turkey sandwiches, when it was obvious she didn't because my name is on the back with the two tuna sandwiches. Anyway, another employee jumped on the phone and said that they will remake them for lunchtime for me the next day and just to call it in, this employee was very very polite and handled everything well! The next day comes and I order the sandwiches and explain to the girl on the phone what happened, same employee from the kitchen took the phone and claimed that she only owes me one sandwich because yesterday she made one turkey and only one tuna and then proceeded to tell me what a liar i was. Long story short, I think its crap that I was treated this way as if them messing up my order was just my fault. I give them a lot of business but I have not been back since this happened. ***ORIGINAL 5 STAR REVIEW*** 10-12-15 I love this place! I live right up the street from here on W. Olive so this is a really convenient location for me to pick up a quick breakfast or lunch on the go. The first thing that grabbed my attention was the drinks, I love boba tea and I would usually go to Loma Linda just for a drink so I was super happy when they opened. I love their turkey croissant sandwich and the donuts are always fresh. They also have really good fruit juices. I have never had a problem with this place. Service is great, depending on the person...they have hired some new staff that seem to be still getting the hang of things. I love the buy one get one free drink deal they have going on! I've been here multiple times as my daughters enjoy boba as a treat after school and we live close to this donut shop. The first impression is that they aren't very clean. The floors and tables are sticky and not mopped/wiped down as often as they should be. There is constantly a fly and or flies *in* the donut case as they don't employ flyscreens at their doors. The few times I've actually purchased donuts there, they haven't been bad, but they are not great. Just kind of an average donut. I've had a sub sandwich there once. I was not impressed at all by the quality of the ingredients and spent most of the remainder of the day trying to wash the saltiness away. The staff is smiling and friendly but somewhat difficult to communicate with due to a language barrier. I do applaud the staff for knowing way more English than I know of any other language. However, that said, it still makes even a simple order of after-school boba difficult. read more

Tonight I came to this place with my mom and my little niece...my sister had recommended this place. We drove from Rialto to try it out we've been looking for a smoothies place and we found it!!!! It's really good and they have all kinds of sandwiches and donuts coffee...they are pretty stocked up! Juice teas cold and hot...and my all time favorite milk tea! These donuts are not worth it! Do yourself a favor and drive down the road. The donuts are as thick as the top half of a bagel!!! Donuts are suppose to be light, fluffy, and thick. These are thin and because they lack thickness, they also lack fluffiness. I guess they're trying to skimp on the product to make more money. The coffee is watered down as well. My coworker ordered two sandwiches over the phone to be picked up in 20 minutes. We have a short lunch time. When we arrived the line was long and it was taking forever for the two ladies to make everyone's sandwiches. Two people left the line because it took too long. By the time we got up to the counter they hadn't even started our order. It's was 15 minutes past the promised time and 30 minutes since we placed the order. It took an additional 10 minutes for them to even make our sandwiches. In all it took them 40 minutes which left us with about 10 minutes to eat. When we paid we asked if we could take some chips for the inconvenience they caused which they replied to with a laugh and a no answer. Not until we said okay we don't think we will be coming back here did the lady finally offer us one kind of chip. We do love the sandwiches themselves but the customer service and wait time is not worth it. read more

Very good to excellent donuts, especially their apple fritter, which I think is the best in the area. Sandwiches are good to excellent if they use an artisanal bread roll.
