Ms Rena will make anything for you or your event.

Yummy is YUMMY. Ms Rena is the most sincere & gracious business owner. She is a neighborhood favorite!

Yummy is right on target with the taste of these donuts! We were on our way to the airport and figured we would stop at the closest place for breakfast on the way and glad we did! There are a variety of donuts and my fav was the lemon flavored cake donut! I love cake donuts more then anything! With every purchase you also get a handful of donut holes to enjoy. A few of my friends ordered the hod dog wrapped things and loved them so much they bought more for the flight that day. The store was well kept and very organized. It seemed like they had the same routine customer come in over and over with kids also. This place gets 5 starts for having great service, great quality service, and super clean.

First time at Yummy Donuts and I couldn't help but judge the place as soon as I waked in. Looks like a renovated yogurt land inside- very bright orange walls which might be your thing in the morning if you need a visual pick me up. They have great tasting speciality donuts that are about $2 each which isn't bad especially considering how small they are compared to other speciality Donuts in the metroplex that would charge more. Don't think $1.50 for a kolache with cheese is a fair price point for a mediocre tasting sausage roll. Arrived at 7:45 AM after trying to find parking for 10 minutes. It's in a very densely packed shopping strip (next door to Drip Coffee) which makes it a heavy traffic area especially with several school zones/neighborhoods around. They were out or almost out of their most interesting/non traditional flavors. Doesn't seem like the best place to come to if you're in a rush or wanting something specific- kind of a "roll your dice and wish for the best" uncertainty that I'm not exactly comfortable with so early in the morning. I mentioned the orange walls, it's overwhelming. But this kind of crazy out there look is probably what put them on the map with such a young demographic. What I mean by that is, Lots of shook age kids running in and out. They all seemed to love it! Maybe it was the Hello Kitty donut that was their draw. Kind of tastes like an airy flaky cookie more than a donut. I probably won't go again unless I knew for sure I had the time. I would only get these for myself and not for a group.

My daughter gets donuts from here for her birthday every year. She loves them. She thinks Yummy makes the best donuts available anywhere. They are her ultra special birthday treat!!

I am currently in Dallas for work and decided to bring donuts to our new office. The donut place had good ratings and it was close to the office, so I decided to give it a try. The lady working behind the counter was extremely friendly but if you want a dozen donuts, it is $11 (for the dozen pictured) and you do not get to pick which dozen you want. If you want to pick, since there are specialty donuts, the price will vary depending on what you pick. For simplicity, I got the dozen and allowed the lady to pick out the donuts for me, which I was told are the "popular" office donuts. If you do not want donuts, the shop sells breakfast sandwiches and piggy's (pigs in a blanket), in addition to the donuts. The donuts were good, no real complaints about the taste but not the best donuts compared to other donut shops I've been too. If you are in the area, I would recommend the shop if your in a pinch for time. Enjoy!

I always love coming here! The staff is super nice! I highly recommend the fruity pebbles donut. It's basically a blueberry donut with strawberry icing and fruity pebbles on top. I would not come here for the regular glazed donuts, but all of their creative artisanal donuts are amazing. I especially love their cheese piggies. Definitely make sure to get one (or a few) of them. Also, make sure that you come earlier because their donuts will run out.

What can I say? Donuts are my weakness, and I make it a point to survey the town whenever I relocate. Having mad a decent experience at Fantastic Donuts (http://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=Mh_E_dqscM8yMMtwjgVxlA&userid=OKX-V5j_qfuOebeHeWGrHg) and Sunrise Donuts (http://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=vKi6GjyAbzepxWjdibUsaQ&userid=OKX-V5j_qfuOebeHeWGrHg) I decided to give well-reviewed Yummy Donuts a go before work one morning. Star 1: How was the service and atmosphere? Donut shops are straight forward, so service is key. Fortunately, Yummy Donuts' owners are friendly and prompt, and you can expect a friendly face, a suggestion should you be looking for one, and a cute environment. Star Granted. Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost? My mixed dozen was $13.88. Now, that's significantly more than the $8.20 I paid for a dozen at nearby Sunrise, but there are two reasons that I was okay with it. First and foremost, these are unique offerings unlike what you would normally expect to find. We're talking reeses, oreos, apple pie, bacon, peanut butter, etc. Second, you can be sure your order will include at least two handfuls of donut holes, which is a nice touch: http://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=4ZFbhVlpQMqH2r_tqzG_qg&userid=OKX-V5j_qfuOebeHeWGrHg Fair. Star Granted. Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? While I could hardly contain my excitement at diving into a few donuts while driving to work from the shop, I ended up being a bit disappointed for a few reasons. First and foremost, the standard glazed is a bit weak. The glaze tends to crust and flake a bit, which I'm not a big fan of, and the donut itself wasn't quite as fluffy and airy as I've had. Second pertains to the good stuff. Again, I was giddy when I dove first into the oreo donut, but I found that this was essentially just some oreo pieces stuck to the top of a dry, standard chocolate donut. Much like a burger, toppings can't carry a poor product, and when it came to the donut, this wasn't great. I had the same experience with the reeses and the caramel apple. Sure, the toppings are great, but the donut itself was weak. Single Star Granted. Star 5: Would you eat here every day if you could? I've had better donuts, and while the selection is excellent, I can't say this is my go-to in Dallas. No Star Granted.

    Birthday donuts, order ahead!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here today! The owner was wonderful, and took my phone in order the week before needing the donuts for my fiancé's birthday. She was super accommodating and tried working with me to make something he would love. I chose to go with the "Happy Birthday" donuts I had heard about. They were ready promptly when I arrived at 6:30 am this morning. I also got a few extras and she threw in some donuts holes as a nice extra. The smores donut I had was good, but not my favorite. I personally loved the glazed with vanilla frosting and sprinkles donuts. It was cloud-like soft, and the icing was slightly different than any I have tried locally- I want to say it was slightly more savory? but still sweet. The store was super clean as well! I would highly suggest coming here and we will be back. I just know to get there early before all the good ones sell out!

A Must‑Try Donut Truck at Klyde Warren Park!…read more We stumbled upon this donut truck at Klyde Warren Park while in the area expecting a quick snack, and instead walked away having tried every single flavor they offered. Yes, every one -- and honestly, it was worth it! Each donut was fresh, and crafted with the kind of care you can actually taste. The flavors weren't just different; they were thoughtful, balanced, and surprisingly creative. One of the biggest highlights was the vegan Neapolitan donut. Vegan options can be hit or miss, but this one was so good we had to double‑check it was actually vegan. It had the same rich, indulgent flavor and perfect texture as the regular donuts -- no compromise, no "good for vegan," just good, period. It was one of those rare treats that makes you rethink what vegan baking can be. If you're anywhere near Klyde Warren Park, do yourself a favor and stop by this truck. It's the kind of place that turns a simple donut run into a memorable moment -- and we'd go back in a heartbeat. My kids have already asked a few times, ha!

Out of the 4 donuts I ordered, the Banoffee pie was hands down my favorite. The flavors and textures complimented each other perfectly, and it wasn't too sweet. The other donuts I ordered were decent, but I don't think I'd purchase them again. The classic donut was okay; it was a little too cakey/bready for my liking. Although I liked the flavors of the yuzu & matcha mini, because of the smaller size, the ratio of cream/curd to donut was overpowering. Lastly, again, i liked the flavors of the pistachio cannoli, but it was too sweet and the cream was dry. Overall, I'd still go again and I'd love to try the other flavors. I love the creativity!

The apple fritter had so much cinnamon, it was bitter and extremely dark. I felt like if the batch called for 1 tablespoons of cinnamon, someone misread it and put 1 cup. Yeah it was that much cinnamon!!! The fritter was nearly $5 and the glazed was a little more than $1. I tried to eat it, but wound up trashing it. Some of my friends and I recently went to the State Fair to get acquainted with the finalists of…read morethe Big Tex Choice Awards. Amazingly, we got to try them all and with all the salty, savory food we started to look for some dessert to balance out our palate. That's when we stumbled on a stand that advertised cake balls. Yup. CAKE BALLS. We were all pretty full, but still wanted to try them all. I mean, when you're presented with the choice of Snickers, Oreos, Butterfinger, Cinnamon and Sugar, [Fruity] Pebbles, or Cherry Glaze it's pretty hard to single out the best flavor. I ended up getting their 3 most popular ones: Snickers, Butterfinger and Pebbles. There's one thing that you need to know about these cake balls. They're not like any other you've tasted. Usually, cake balls are made from a mixture of cake batter with a lot of icing to keep it moist. Beckett's method is to use a donut hole as the base encased in a layer of their own special frosting with your choice of candy or cereal. It sounds simple and mundane, but I can assure you that these were some of the best cake balls I've ever had in my life. The donut base was pillowy and moist. With the super sweet frosting it melded perfectly into what seemed like a piece of heaven in every bite. The crushed candy was the icing on the cake, per say, adding different flavors and textures to each ball. I really can't explain it more than I have. It was just pure awesomeness. In an environment where pretty much everything is fried it was a welcome surprise to find a stand that served something different. I spoke with the owners and they said they were in the process of relocating their business from Tulsa, OK to Dallas. Their presence in the Big D will allow us to enjoy some of these awesome cake balls year round instead of having to wait until the State Fair runs each year. Happy dance. If you're looking for something different keep your eyes peeled for Beckett's. I'm sure you will enjoy their cake balls as much as I did.

Since most of my beignet experience comes from New Orleans, Louisiana, I definitely had a different texture in mind going in. I personally wish they had been a little crispier, especially around the edges, but they were still decent and enjoyable. Overall, I had a good experience.
