Just brought our girls here for donuts after a sleepover and we are incredibly disappointed at the service we received. We've come to this donut shop in the past and had a pleasant experience so I'm not sure what was going on today. The lady was extremely annoyed that our kids were looking at the donut selection and didn't immediately know what they wanted. When my husband was giving her our order an older gentleman walked in and she stopped helping us, turned away, and started taking the other guys order! After he was done with his order she turned to my husband again and in a rude tone said "are you ready?!" He said "yes" and then she turned around again and ignored what he was saying. Wow. Even my teenage daughter and her friend could sense how rude she was being. I hope this was a one time thing as this is the closest donut shop to our house. Really bummed out. read more

This place is Great! I come here often to buy 3 dozen donuts to provide at my job site. A big plus about this place is that they accept phone orders which helps because I tend to go get them fresh for everyone during my 30min lunch break, so when I get there they are ready to go! It is a cool fun atmosphere to be around and is the only place in Fontana that I know that sells shaved ice. it's probably the best thing you can possibly have on a hot day. The lady that works there at night, I believe her name is Renée, is a little weird but nonetheless a really cool funny person. I think she likes Star Wars. My all time favorite donut will always be the sprinkles! I also tried the shaved ice when it was super hot , I went in and ordered a small shaved ice and they were nice enough to give me 3 flavors instead of 2. I got the strawberry, mango and watermelon. Do not give this place your business! I ordered 2 dozen, specially ordered donuts for a bridal shower. I ordered them days in advance and they also called me to confirm the order. I went the day of the party to pick them up and I was told they "forgot to make them". The lady that helped me had horrible customer service. She was not at all concerned that my order was not made. If I could give it a 0 stars I would. I had horrible customer service. Two girls employees seemed to argue while I walked in one at least said welcome but the one who serviced me was so rude. I have not dealt with anyone so rude before she gave me such attitude she didn't even seem to want to help me. I walked in and there was barely any donuts. I ordered one particular item which wasn't included in the 1/2 dozen and she never gave it to me after I told her twice I wasn't going to ask again because I wasn't going to waste money on a company who gave me such bad service.
