Horrible service and employees are extremely rude. All the owner had to do was weigh my comforter. I didn't say I didn't believe him I simply asked for a breakdown on the cost. I wish I didn't pay anything to this establishment and left my comforter there. I've never been spoken to like that from a business owner working for a service I am paying for. At all times I was cordial, just asking for some type of consideration and trust. I would never lie. It's a jean repair for gods sake! I Even asked them to check on their records from the past so they will see that the job was done on their location.. They obviously denied because they have no system and no way of checking anything from before. This will be my first bad review I ever post in my life. I believe that if you have nothing nice to say, it's better to not say anything at all... But honestly I was humiliated and called a liar... by some irresponsible and dishonest people and I won't take it. Mostly to prevent other people to go thru what I just had to experience.
