Absolutely the worst service, every time I come here(not my choice) I always run into the same problem which is that they are understaffed and they just run around like chicken heads or they don't do anything to help another. Came to a birthday party today at Fun Factory and they need to call it a Sweat Factory. It was HOT inside to the point you were dripping sweat seated at the bar with the frost top. When an employee was asked about the temperature we were told "corporate" controls it. Nothing they could do. The employees were sweating as they served guests. If you're looking for a place to beat the heat look else where. I wouldn't host a party here. We lasted 30 minutes and couldn't take it anymore. Sad because this place has so much potential. DO NOT GO HERE! I gave one star for the grossly maintained miniature golf course. Water from the fake pond was leaking on many of the greens and there was dirt and severe debris on all of the greens. I bought a $20 token card for the video games to take my little sisters to play games and EVERY single game we tried didn't work. We tried to ask for our money back and the lady, also the manager, said they do not give refunds. It's incredible that we can buy a token card when no games are working. What a really bad experience. Went for mini-golf with the family. Water in ponds and lagoons was brown and funky. The course was ill maintained and in bad need of cleaning. Empty cups and bottles throughout the course, rocks and pebbles all over the greens. In two sections the sidewalk was undermined by erosion due to poor construction. This was a very different experience from even 6 months ago. I hope they get their act together. We managed to have fun regardless. read more

Took a long time to get a waiter. Had one simple request...pass bring my salad before my meal. They couldn't even get that right. No apologies, no nothing. Took 10 minutes to get a beer. The customer service is something to be desired, the food is really good but everytime you go in, there is never a hostess at the station to greet and seat. You are always looking for someone to seat you, so we always just take it upon ourselves to seat ourselves. Like I said, food has always been great but service really sucks. read more

This night was totally different from Sunday .. manager tonight was very attentive, courteous ..Was there last Sunday for early football game and different manager was there ...bad service had employees just hanging at bar talking to customers and the bartender just ignores customers. This is a restaurant with arcade and bar. The concept is good with activities for kids while adults eat, watch games on TVs, etc. Food is decent. The only major complaint is the arcade area. Half games take quarters and half take play cards. And probably 30% of the games were broken. read more

Sadly this place has gone really downhill since Zellers sold it. We come here every time we visit Yuma and spend a lot of money. This time, we played some games then headed out to the go karts. My boys and some of their cousin's friends were finishing up when we got a very rude warning from the kid running it. We were told if they keep spinning out they wouldn't be able to drive anymore. He had to help 4 of them, but none of it was intentionally spinning out. And they weren't bumping each other. It doesn't state on the Kart rules they will be asked to leave if they need assistance, just no intentional bumping. He was on his own out there and I'm sure could have used a helper to make it easier on him, but he didn't have to be so rude. Went to speak with the manager that basically said he sides with his staff and he's never had a complaint about his conduct before. So I'm the one not being honest. The customer. This is a review which has to be taken into account that it was the designated spot for a geocaching meet and greet event which added a hundred or more to a regular Saturday night crowd. We didn't eat but got very good service on the two beers we order at different times. They don't have a bunch of craft beers on tap but we were happy with bottled Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and a Stone IPA. I have given this place rave reviews but I'm sorry to say they really disappointed my husband! He considered this his Southern Seahawk Headquarters! We recently had lunch with 2 other friends and was so upset when we left I wasn't sure if he would ever go back again! His chili burger was a miserable failure and on top of it being so bad he didn't even eat it all, which by the way I've never seen happen, I was given one refill on my drink and the rest of the table didn't even get that! A friend took me there for a late lunch about 10 days ago. Waited a bit for our orders to be taken. No big deal. I ordered the cod bites and my friend the fish tacos. His food was pretty good. My first piece of fish was cold and totally uncooked in the middle, the fries were barely warm and they completely forgot my salad. The waitress did not come by to check on us (in fact, she didn't even deliver it) so I finally had to flag down another waitress serving another section to send my food back. I mentioned that the fries were cold when she took my plate, hoping they would replace those too. Either she didn't hear me or didn't say anything to the kitchen. When I got my plate back, with now over-browned coating on the fish, they were completely cold. It wasn't a fresh serving of the fish. It was my original order thrown back into the deep fryer, including the piece I had taken a bite out of. Still no salad. Flag down a waitress again - still not ours. When it arrived, it was a dinner sized plate mounded with lettuce and 2 slices of cucumber and 2 small wedges of tomato. Really? Then had to flag someone down for the check. The best thing I can say is that when I removed the (then soggy) breading the next day and heated up the fish in the microwave, it was really good fish. Good tartar sauce too. read more

I went to Z Fun Factory for the very first time last night with some friends for dinner. What a fun place! The food was excellent and the service was great. It was so nice to see it busy and everyone having a great time, from the bumper boats, go carts, the minature golf, arcade, large screen TV's, the list goes on..... This is a great family place. Lots to do for kids of all ages! From Go Karts (our favorite) to mini golf to the water park, kids are active and building an appetite for the meal. Food is outstanding! Went there today (Saturday @3:30pm), 5 adults and 2 kids. They could not accomodate us. Half the place was empty, and said every table was reserved. Wouldn't even give us an approximate wait time. It was very cold and windy so my kids and I stopped by for a short time. Not many people there but the place looked great. Well organized. The eating area looked fun with neon lights. Went with a party of 8. Upon entering hostess weren't so hospitable. Since this was my first time I decided to walk the premises. Along my walk I was never greeted by staff or acknowledge. Not really a bad thing but none the less worth noting. Since this place is located in Yuma there were usual sand in areas but not enough to say it wasn't being maintained. Now the architecture of the interior was pretty nice with the barrels sinks inside the restrooms and rusty metals fixtures throughout were incorporated nicely into the facility. Arcade is average, go cars were a blast, minigolf is minigolf and I have to add we didn't use the waterpark but it through our observation would utilize it on another visit. Bar service was the worst as they had one bartender who was struggling to keep up. Now food and food service was excellent. Which is mainly why I gave this rating the fourth star. Pizza, wings, and the rest of our orders were fresh and hot not to forget delicious! Would return and recommend but don't expected hospitality as you would experience in big corporate businesses. read more
