I use to love bringing my kid here. He'd have loads of fun and loved riding the go karts. But this place has lost its spark. Our favorite food use to be the sampler & pizza. After eating we'd go mini golfing & then ride the go karts. I still remember when they had the batting cages running back in the good old days We visited during a slow day, and as usual, we ordered the sampler and a pizza. The sampler came first, 2 ranch and one marinara sauce in mini cups. The pizza came shortly after and was sat on an upside down plate, which was really odd. They use to put the pizza on a pizza stand before but I'm going to take a guess that convenience was at play here. Might as well set it on the table lol after being served we didn't see our waiter until the check came. It took a while so we decided to go up stairs to the arcade area and play a couple of games and then headed out to the go karts. To no one's surprise, it's still the same go karts as before. Kid's can't ride if they're under 52", considering places like San Diego, it's 48". The guy at the karts was kind enough to let us ride a bit longer than usual. This made it worth while. We didn't mini golf this time and playing in the arcades just wasn't worth it. The Star Wars game is nearly $2 per game. It's insane. The other games you're lucky if they even fully work. You end feeling scammed. You can tell this place is slowly losing its magic and it's because this place is not maintained at all. Not a huge deal but you have to make sure to tell the staff you are taking the drinks outside if you want to mini golf and have your drinks or else they'll complain and tell you that you're not allowed to take the drinks outside. The mini golf course area is missing patches of turf. I can't even remember the last time the speakers or games made noise. This place really needs to be brought back to life. read more

One of the best mini golf courses! They have a hard and easy course to choose from. Clean facility and great for all ages. We also ate at the restaurant. Wings were okay - we recommend the potato skins and pizza. There was a little bit of a longer wait for service and pizza but if you are watching a football game or hanging out then you can just order it ahead of time. read more

We decided to go play some miniature golf at Z Fun Factory. The greens are ripped and torn. It has been in this condition for years. It is unsatisfactory! They also need more help at the front counter. Go carts are fun and the two young gentlemen outside did great job! Fun however need to work in their staffing and condition of the golf area. I wouldn't really recommend this place. I give 2 stars because we did have fun with the putt-putt but some of the sections were all messed up that would cause the ball not to go in the holes. As for the games, most of the games did not even work it would take our money. You don't get many "tickets" when winning the games so most of the prizes my 8 year old girl could get was candy. 2 pieces of candy for $40 Jolly rancher and a fun stick. The go carts were decent, they worked and the track is very very small. I don't believe any of the money I spent was worth what we got out of it. But if they clean and fix the putt-putt area then that would be the best thing to do here. read more

Good arcade and they occasionally change the games but about 30% of the games don't work. Prizes are okay. Overall a fun spot to bring kids, friends, or dates. They charge $10 per person per ONE ROUND (on top of minigolf SINGLE MATCH) Hello? what else are they going to charge me, the water my shit touches each time i use the restroom? First off if you get a mixed drink you pay extra for the ginger ale in said mix drink since when. Half the machines aren't working in this place and we had 5 adults 1 child and 2 kids under 4 and a new born this guy went ahead and added tip to our tab and didn't notice till after he ran our cards so our waiter who hardly waited on us made out with 28 dollar tip.. please double check your tab!!! First time coming to here figured could treat the family to something new. Drove down from California as the kids were over the beach. Overal good experience. Can say water park bathrooms need some work. Wife said there was a bloody tampon on the floor and dirty toilets not flushed and a lot of grass everywhere. Food was good. Girl in the food shack was nice. Really sweaty though, dont think they have ac in there. Felt really bad for her in there with the temp at 110'. She definitely ran that food shack. She knew what she was doing.Bit pricey but nothing compared to cali. Do wish we could have brought in Doritos and stuff for the kids because paying almost 5$ for a small bag is crazy. Hate last was a little rude about checking my wife's beach bag. Wasn't allowed to have my vape in the bag so had to walk back up to the truck. (Should fix that policy as we spent well over 3-400$ there in one day for my family of 5) Was a bit much to charge 40$ for 1 person to go in. Wasn't too busy (maybe that's why). But it's a nice water park. Blondie with glasses upfront was helpful in explaining were everything was. Like that there's plenty of lifeguards watching everywhere too. Z Fun Factory lives up to its name! It is surprisingly modern and boasts plenty of activities for families, a group of friends, and couples on a date. There are two nice miniature golf courses, a race track for go-karts, a bumper boat area, an arcade and play area, and a bar and restaurant (The restaurant was nice and the prices were reasonable, however, the food and service need some work). They also have a waterpark known as Waylon's Water World (I reviewed it under it's own name). The prices are very reasonable at only $5/ person for miniature golf (and $5 for go karts). Love going to this place. They have cold strip along the bar which you can set your beer on and keep it cold. The service is usually pretty good, maybe a little on the slow side. Good beer selection, and the food is very good. Really like the pizza and also the chicken strips. Were told they were hand breaded and also told that they try to make everything fresh. Extremely disappointed with our experience today. My husband, our son and I went there to go to the water park. Our son is very young so we knew we would only be able to stay for a little while. Our son needed to eat so I walked all the way to the top to order chicken strips, fries, and 2 sodas which came out to over $27 and was told it would be about 15 minutes and they would call me when it was ready. I did not want to walk back up and down the stairs to get the food and then to leave when we were about done as is. So we decided to pack up and once our food was ready we would eat inside then leave. When we received the call we headed up immediately and picked up our food. We went into the completely empty dining room (maybe 3 out of the 20 tables were in use) and we set up in the corner out of the way, and mind you my son is extremely well behaved in a restaurant. Before we could even get our food out of the bag the waitress came over and informed us we were not allowed to eat our food there due to their policy. We were extremely confused considering we had just purchased this food from them. The manager then came to speak with us and told us this was their policy unless you order directly from the waitresses, even though no signs were posted. He initially instructed us to go eat out on the patio, where mind your it is 100 out and we have a 1 year old that we wanted to cool down and not over heat so we refused. He then instructed us to sit up at a booth up to, but at this point we felt extremely unwelcome. The manager had an attitude with us when we were not harming anyone and all we wanted to do was eat our food at the establishment we had bought it at and when we could not do that comfortably we asked for a refund so we could leave and go elsewhere to eat where we felt welcome. This turned into a very escalated situation due to the manager being extremely rude to my husband, adamantly stating they could not refund to go orders then changed to refusing to give us a refund due to us just being unhappy. We then left to head home. When we opened our food at home to feed our toddler the food was basically inedible, but our mistake for not checking it before we left due to the commotion. The chicken tenders were so dry, overcooked and the fries had speckles of burnt residue all throughout them and they were in and extremely soggy ball. My husband then got back in the truck and went back to get a refund because we spent a lot of money on food no one would eat. When he got back he was told the most they could do is give him a $30 credit card and could not give him a refund because it left the doors of the building (if they would have refunded us initially it wouldn't have left the building). Overall if I could give it a zero star I would. Spent a decent amount of money for the little bit of food that we didn't even eat and got a refund card to a place we do not want to return to. We were looking for something to do and discovered this place. It has an old time/western/steampunk type feel to it. I can only base my review on the experience I had with miniature golf, which is the only thing we did while we were there. The miniature golf course was fun with lots of unexpected and interesting obstacles. Everything seemed to be in good working order and it was quiet, which was nice because we didn't have to yell to hear each other. The staff were friendly and the price was very reasonable. Worst experience ever. Arrived at 1:40 p.m. on Sunday, October 14, 2018. Drink order taken at 1:50 p.m., food order taken at 2 p.m. 45 minutes later; I located our server, he states aloud "I am going to check the kitchen". I stopped him and asked "after 45 minutes you don't know?" His response was "we've had a bunch of problems with the kitchen staff." We hosted a party 5/30/21, all the guests noticed it was really hot in there, everyone was dripping sweat, asked the waiter if there was something he could do to cool the place down he said no that the AC had been out for a few weeks and that's how they've been working. They should of told us that when we made the reservation or when the ac broke have a courtesy call to notify us. The reason we hosted there was to stay cool. so before you reserve to host a party There please ask if their AC is working. Also the waiter was awful, only saw him when we ordered and when he brought out the Food, he never came around to clean up the tables after we were done eating. Maybe i just caught them at a slow time? I also saw several people in regular street clothes who looked like patrons going into the back kitchen area.
