WOW where to begin? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! A $53.00 pedi NO MASSAGE, NO SALT SCRUB, NO LOTION, my toes still had skin, (cuticles) and the heels rough. I had to have a touchup, on 3 of my toes because 3 toes didn't have polish on the entire nail ! Also my bff and mother in law were with me , so embarrassing the 2 white ladies (Abbi and Brittany) who were doing my toes n theirs used unprofessional language dropping the F bomb also, talking about 2 other customers badly in front of us. My bff asked the manager for a discount since she didn't get a massage or her heels weren't scrubbed and 2 of her toes were missing polish on half the nails: the manager said no we don't discount services. THIS IS A BIG ZERO STARS. This was the WORST experience of my life. I went to get a mani pedi with my 3 step daughters before vacation. We walked in and waited since they only had 2 people working on a Saturday of a holiday weekend but that was not a problem at all. The 5 minute manicure was the problem. $85 for a mani pedi that each lasted about 5 minutes, nothing more than barely a file and a horrible polish job is what we got. I asked for their written pricing and refused to give me anything because they didn't have anything. I had $350 cash on me didn't think it would be any more than that but when I found out the price I told them I needed to go to the atm. Although, VERY angry, I was obviously going to pay them. When I went to get in my car they told me I had to go to the bmv for the atm but theirs was not working so I said I'm going across the street, I left $300 in cash with them and said I would be right back. The male told me I needed to leave someone there if I was going to leave.... EXCUSE ME. you think I'm going to leave a girl under the age of 13 by their self. NOPE not happening. So As they kept me hostage waiting for my fiancé to take off work to bring more cash they sat there talking about how they did great work to the other two customers. Not for nothing I came here because I couldn't make an appointment for all of us at the best nail artist in zanesville but I won't bring her into this.. I figured eh, it's just a gel mani and pedi who can screw this up... well I found the place to do just that. I really don't see how this place is still open. Cash only in 2022 is mind blowing in the first place but if you can't even give an actual manicure how do you charge $45 and trust me I just moved here from a very expensive state it's not the cost I'm complaining about it's the service and I wouldn't even consider this as a service I would've been better off doing it myself which wouldn't have been good but definitely better than what we got here. NEVER in my LIFE did I ever expect to be treated so poorly at a nail salon. I would never do this but you know what the "boy" that works there was so rude to me. Pulling on my hands and making comments then "giggling". And when I confronted him about fixing my nails (at this point I started to cry because the way he started to talk down to me) he told me he can just take them off and I can not be charged.. AFTER he rushed to do my hands and feet within a hour. Then started to shout at me from across the room from me taking how I can ask anyone around here about it? Demands $66 then goes back and sits down and talks about me! And here I am in tears trying to collect my things and get my daughter to walk out.. I just wanted to feel pampered not treated poorly. ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT. My mother and i went in to get a pedicure, we are not from the area and they could tell. They gave us a lousy pedicure, lukewarm water, scrubbed our feet for probably 5 minutes total. We both wanted french tips, which i'm aware is extra but being that the lines are crooked, bumps in the polish, etc. didn't think it would be anything crazy. She then went on to put HAND lotion and "massage" my legs for again, 5 minutes total, then went to go get her own nails done by a co worker. Just when i thought it couldn't get any worse, $150 for this JOKE of a pedicure!!! I have NEVER paid that much for a pedicure especially one of that caliber & where it's located. Seriously no one is paying that much. She said it was because we got french tips... Also no pricing menu anywhere so they are able to make up there own prices.. Pathetic shop & staff. I've been there 3 times. The first time the woman did my nails, they were perfect, exactly what I asked for. The second time the man did them. My nails were not the shape I asked for and the paint job was not the best, but I said nothing. The third time I was hoping for the woman again but got the man. He again did not give me the shape I asked for. I even asked if he could shape them pointy with the length he made them, he said yes. He was very quick. Several of my nails were roughly shaped. My middle finger was the worst, so I asked if he would please file it out a bit more. I'm assuming he took offense to me questioning his work because from then on he was rude. He filed one side making it more uneven and asked if that was ok. I just kept looking at it thinking is he serious. Before I answered, he said no that's not even. I said no it's not. He then asked which side I wanted more taken off of. I said are you seeing what I'm seeing, he said yes. I said that's what I want fixed. He filed more still leaving it uneven. At that point I didn't care I just wanted to go. I already showed him the design I wanted and he said he thought he could do it. I showed him the color and asked what he had that would be the closest, he said he didn't know, all while still acting extremely annoyed. He did not even do the design I asked for and I didn't care to remind him. I just felt very disrespected and I was not at all rude. I will never return! South is cheaper, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! I will go to North from now on. read more

I love this place. The people are so nice and do excellent work. I especially love the art work they can paint on nails.
