So my Uncle sent me here as guinea pig to get my POS german car windows tinted before he would even consider dropping off his bad arse 2018 Nissan GT-R for window tint and in retrospect he is very glad that he did this based upon my AWFUL experience and interaction with both the owner and installer. FIRST OFF, this owner practices SHADY PRICE quoting- after he gives you an 'OUT THE DOOR' quote over the phone, he will still proceed to ADD on SALES TAX not only for the parts (window film) which is normal, but this FOOL will charge you TAX on the labor as well (NOT LEGAL/good business practice!!!!)- so in essence be prepared to PAY much more in the end, in comparison to the out the door BS quote he will give you (like a true greedy snake) over the phone just to lure you into his DUMP of a 'shop'. SECONDLY, the young man (nice guy, however out of shape and severely lacks customer service skills!) doing the tint is very SLOPPY with his work- cuts and bubbles, various stains, uneven cuts ETC. all over the film- I'm glad my car is not new and can sustain the BOTCHED tint job (which I've since had redone at a much better shop in OHIO!)....if he had been allowed to perform this TERRIBLE, lack of quality work on my UNCLE's car, it the overall OUTCOME would NOT have been pretty for all parties involved- my UNCLE does not play around and can be a real D/ball bustter- when necessary in life!!! THIRD- this shop is very outdated and looks like it hasn't been updated since the 70's- its also located a very shady neighborhood too!!! SUMMARY- do not take your car here for window tinting- the guy working here is NOT skilled enough to deliver good results, and by FAR worst- the OWNER is DISHONEST and SNEAKY about his prices, so much so that he TAXES not only the parts, but LABOR too!!!!! bwahaahahahah WHO DOES that???? what a clown!!!!...does he need money that bad that he resorts to CHEATING his customers?!!!! *sigh* SMH!!!!! read more

About a year ago, I had a tonneau installed on my wife's truck at Z-one. Good product, no installation problems. Satisfied. This past fall, I bought a new truck, got the same tonneau. They stripped out a screw hole in the bracket. Was asked first time to come back next day, they were busy. When I did, the guy there blew me off, he wanted to eat lunch. When I went there 3rd time, they had a "big project". Decided to try and fix it myself, which is what I did. Thx to that, I won't be returning there for anything. Service still counts. read more

Scheduled an appointment for 9am to have headlight and tail light tint done. Installer wasn't there because he had a doctors appointment. Was told he was on the way around 9:10 and I was left waiting in the showroom until 10am with no sign of anybody besides the guy working on the bedliners. After waiting for over an hour with no explanation I got up and left. That to me is terrible customer service. Having a customer wait in your showroom for an hour when he had a scheduled appointment is a little ridiculous. read more

Also known as Z One Auto Accessory Store, they did a pretty half-assed job on their "complete in/out detailing". Im not sure which part of the detailing involves leaving behind dirt on the car that it came in with. If you have dirt below your doors, on that small strip of body, forget about that getting cleaned or waxed. If you have bug splatters or road grime flecked on your front bumper and grille, forget about that being cleaned too. I hope you like the mosquito stuck to your fog light because they will leave that one too. Insides of doors dont pass the white glove test either. Got a sunroof with one of those handy visors on it that allows you to open it a little bit when its raining? I do and its still dirty under there. I will give them credit for whatever they used to get the tree sap off my roof and hood- they almost got all the sap off the roof and managed not only to take the sap off the hood, but also the clear coat right down to the metal! I know there were stone chips on the bumper and front of the hood so they may have been trying to add more to make iy match. Thanks but no thanks. If you do decide to go with them you will enjoy the swirls an smudges left behind by a careless wax job too. The inside looks great, i will admit that they seemed to put most of the effort here, but they failed at a "complete detail" again by leaving dust and dirt in the door handle grip. Bottom line: spend the $50 bucks for supplies at autozone and clean your own car. Not impressed. read more
