While within the warranty period, 2 of 5 windows started bubbling really bad so I dug up the warranty receipt to claim a warranty repair. I brought the car back and pointed out the windows with bubbles, but also the ones that still had an outstanding tint. Guy started giving me the run around. Something about their billing system being new and they can't find me. He told me I needed more proof on top of the warranty receipt, oh and by the way it would cost extra to remove the bubbling tint, a lot extra...I kindly left and didn't go back.

We spent the entire day in Toledo waiting for the car to be finished, only to get a phone call at 5:15 (they close at 6) to be told that the car was not done. Husband goes into the shop and says he wants a refund because they didn't complete the job, and the guy (PZL) said he wouldn't refund the $670 charge. What?! Also remote start would not give me written quote and change price from Friday to Monday was $329 out the door to NOW pricing starting at $329 and not even showing what equipment brand. Local rip off artist at best!
