I went to see Hailey yesterday for microneedling as a first timer. She was so kind and patient and explained everything as we went along. The process took about 1.5hrs for a dermaplane/microneedle on face and neck. For September they have a promo on instagram for free neck area with your microneedling appointment. They will use numbing cream on you so it was very tolerable. The hairline and neck were most sensitive for me. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful in explaining multiple different options in case I wanted to change up the service I scheduled(there are 2 different brands for microneedling, or you can consider the vampire procedure). On night 1 Your face will feel tight, a little numb, and a bit sticky from the hydrating product used afterwards. I'm just now 24hrs out and you can see a few skin prick marks on my forehead and under eye, and I look mildly sunburned. You won't be able to wear makeup a few days afterwards either. read more

This is my go to place for anything aesthetics. I get my lips done here and my facials and soon to get more work done. I got my lips done by Rachel. She does amazing. She also does mini lips. So if you don't want to get your full lip done you can do a mini lip! she'll add filler top and bottom. Amazing will come back and see Rachel! I first came to Bosbeauty as a referral from one of my fitness instructors. I had my initial consultation (FREE, might I add) with McKenzie. I originally thought that I needed lipo dissolve under my chin, as I felt it was starting to sag. During my consultation McKenzie suggested Morpheous8, as it would not just help tighten my chin, but give amazing results to my face as well. WOW! Was she right! My face was noticeably different. My friends and family where completely flabbergasted! Morpheous8 is my favorite! I've had it done once after. But the results where incredible both times. Stop in for facials once in a while as a member. The heart and soul that Boston puts into this, is incredible. She contacts me personally when I have questions, and explains all procedures in complete detail. I'm bummed to see some of these negative reviews. Don't go if you can't afford the right amount of product that you are told you are needed. They are educated professionals who are giving you their opinion based on their years of experience. If you are still willing to not listen, and get the work done that "you" want, based on budget etc. Then I don't think it's right to post a bad review, when you made the choice to go against their professional opinion. They canceled my appointment for my chin because I wasn't willing to have a trainee do my chin, cheeks AND jaw. I don't even need my cheeks done... Update...since my review I was contacted by a manager, she offered me my same appointment that they had said they had to cancel with the caveat I take my review down. Stating that "the review could hurt their business". When I refused (because I had already scheduled with another business) she attempted to guilt trip me saying "if you feel comfortable hurting a small business with your review" and then came on here and wrote the reply you see below. All in all, terrible service and as someone who owns a small business, absolutely terrible practices of attempting to essentially buy reviews. Would give a second 1 star review based strictly on my experience with this manager. read more

I made an appointment for a chemical peel and upon entering I was greeted right away by Ayzia. The lobby was very clean and welcoming. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and genuinely kind. I'm so happy I came in and I'm excited to see the results of my peel. I will definitely be coming back for other services. I did want to mention that my first appointment was cancelled the day of my service and I was obviously disappointed, however I received a call back with Boston offering to the do service later in the day. Went back today for my second visit. It was a touch-up on my eyebrows and IPL treatment. I am so happy to actually have eyebrows that the few spots that didn't "take" didn't bother me but Alexandria meticulously filled in the fainter areas. I can't believe how natural they look. IPL I can't comment on because I haven't had it done before and it takes multiple treatments. I didn't find it particularly painful but everyone is different. I kind of won the genetic lottery on skin but if it helps with the little sun spots or smile lines, I'll be a happy camper. read more

I have been going to hailey for over a year here for microneedling, dmk facials, hydrafacials, laser hair removal and more and i've been seeing kenzie for injections, botox, and prp for about two years. i do a lot of research before i go anywhere and have been going to professional estheticians since i was 16 in so many states and they're both the best i've ever been to, for what i listed respectfully for them. not only are they the best at what they do, they're also so nice and so fun to be around! i love the days i go in to see them. My skin has completely changed since starting to see hailey. i have very acne prone skin and have developed melasma and dark spots and acne scars. since starting to see hailey i barely get any more acne, almost all my scars have faded, and she's helped me gain back my confidence! through all those treatments listed and also a at home regime she recommended for me. also, not to mention, she's keeping me looking young kenzie has also done my lips, chin, and cheeks perfectly they look so natural everyone is super surprised when i say i have injections. i also get prp in my scalp for a bald spot which has almost completely regrown now thanks to kenzie! they're also extremely knowledgeable so if you don't know what's best for your skin or other issues you have they will let you know what's best for you. also becky is always so kind and helpful and know too! read more

Boston is AMAZING!! Not only is she very professional and personable, but her knowledge exceeds other Nurse Practitioners. She really understand anatomy and how your facial muscles work to give you the desired look you want. I trust her with my lips and she makes sure no bubbling and avoiding arteries. I went in for a mini lip filler with Boston and was told at the beginning that my lips were uneven and that she would even them out for me with the filler. I told her I wanted a subtle look and she said she could do that. When I left they were too swollen to notice that they were noticeably uneven (top right and bottom left smaller). I texted 10days later just to be sure that all the swelling went down and sent a picture requesting them to be evened out and that I didn't want them bigger. She said that my lips were uneven to begin with and that she would need to charge me an additional fee to correct them. I could understand if one side was still uneven but it was the right and left which means she probably ran out of filler and failed to "correct" her job. I also got xeomin on my forehead (a special they were promoting) to which she said it would take 1-2 weeks to see effects. Two weeks later still no results. I again message her to which the reply was that my metabolism may be to blame for no results. So $500 later plus $$tip (they also conveniently "forgot" to apply my discount) I have noticeably uneven lips that they want to charge more to fix and zero results from the "on sale xeomin" (maybe they shot water into my forehead I don't know). This place seems to just want sales and not willing to make customers happy with their results. I would take your money else where unless you like wasting your time and money. read more

Boston Crockett knowingly injected me with improperly mixed Dysport on March 10, 2020. She informed me that it was improperly mixed and diluted after she injected it into my face. Her assistant prepared it, which may or may not be legal. I asked her if it was safe to inject and she claimed it was. Upon further research, I saw that complications can arise when Dysport is watered down or diluted; it can move to other muscles in the face causing unpredictable results and in rare cases vision problems. Here is an excerpt from the LA times. "Mixing the toxin with too much saline increases the risk of complications because a dilute solution is more likely to migrate into other muscle areas, he says, causing problems like a droopy eyelid, double vision or a droopy lip. And a watered-down injection isn't as likely to hold up.Jun 24, 2002" Boston Crockett should never have injected this improperly mixed Dysport knowingly into my face. As a professional, she should have prepared the solution correctly to ensure safety and correct results for my money spent. Upon discussion with Boston she gaslighted me and changed her story to reflect something different that happened than what actually happened that day. She accused me of trying to fish for a refund. She was aggressive, unprofessional, rude, belittling, and unable to own up to her mistake. She refused to refund me for her terrible service and bad product. She did offer to inject me again... but at that point I didn't want to interact with her, let alone have her inject me again. I've been injected now with toxin for almost 6 years. Dysport normally lasts for me from 4-6 months. It's barely been 2 months and I'm completely mobile again with wrinkles. Bostons injecting technique is severe, rough and is very painful. She is cocky and arrogant and has no business doing what she does. She needs more training in how to be professional and in her poor services. Once upon a time I used to like her, I do even like her technique for lip filler, but she will eventually let you down. Boston is known to have performed injections WITHOUT the supervision of a physician in Nevada in the past. THIS IS ILLEGAL. Certain brand reps for injectables will not sell her product for breaking this law. She is careless and has no regard for what is legal and ethical. Side note: She was even present at the January 6 violent insurrection at our nations capitol building. Is this someone who you want to do business with? Where's my refund, Boston? It's time to make this right. read more
