I made an appointment through the website and it was quick & painless! She only has limited availability - Wednesday through Saturday, I believe? Anyway, I came in at 1 PM on a Saturday afternoon. Her suite is located in LOOK style society. You check in at the desk at the bottom of the staircase and they take you upstairs. They have a cute little lobby where you can wait for Svetlana to come get you. Her suite is very clean and intimate. Your first appointment will start off with a short conversation about your skin - what kind of products you use, your skin concerns, if you've had any other peels & such. Afterwards, she recommends a course of treatment for the appointment. I was able to tell right off the bat that svetlana is very knowledgeable about skin. Her goal is to improve your skin & I definitely felt that during my facial! I have had problematic skin since I was in middle school so the extraction part of the facial is pretty rough for me.
