The most terrible customer service I've ever experienced. No patron should ever ask a question and then be told "I don't work for you". I kept my cool and repeatedly told the older worker that I didn't know and he didn't have to be rude. You know who I'm talking about and you know who I was. I went in to get a detox supplement and asked which product the worker would recommend. He went on to tell me "PUREDETOX" was a produce a few of his customers told him always worked . I took his word and purchased a bottle . The next day I was ready to take it when I decided to look one last time on the instrument, only to come to realize the produce was expired , by almost 4 years ! The bottle exp date read "09/18" in yellow. To top it all off it looked liked they tried coving it with a yellow dot so it wouldn't be seen . I drove back down to the smoke shop to let them know about their product and the same worker tried to brush it off by saying "I can't really say it expired because I can't really see those numbers , but let me check if the box also has an exp. Date " . Which he could not fine in till I showed him that EVEN THE BOX ITSELF WAS EXPIRED AND WAS PURPOSELY COVERED UP TO NOT SHOW THE EXP DATE & in conclusion both exp. This place is a scam. Sales person recommended me this vape brand that was supposedly discontinued and swore it was great. Tried it later and found that it wouldn't even let me hit it. I tried bringing it back an hour later and the sales guy told me that they've never had a problem with that brand so he would not return or even give me another one. He wanted me to wait 30 minutes for this imaginary guy to come and fix it and then berated me when I said I have no time to wait for him. I have been inconvenienced enough. I can't say enough good things about this place! It's awesome! I'm always greeted with a big hello and smile! They always remember my name! Micheal is very knowledgeable about what he offers in the shop! The customer service is exquisite! Micheal will have different vapes waiting to show me when I go in. He picks out ones he'll think I like and when if one of my favorite flavors is down to the last one he will set one aside for me because he knows I'm picky with my flavors and only like certain kinds. Sometimes I won't even need anything I'll just stop in to say hi when I go to that shopping area because the shops vibes are really awesome! Also there are times when I can't get there because of health issues so he will drop stuff off for me at my house. I live pretty close by but still it's nice of him to go out of his way for me! Me and my friends have been coming to this smoke shop since we where if legal age, and haven't had any problems till recently. I spent $30 on two quartz pieces for my dab rig, and when I got home 10 minutes later I unwrapped the pieces to see that they where both broken in the exact same place before I even got to take them out the wrapping. I returned the next day with the same person working there and he said "I don't want to make it seem that you're lying, but this is impossible for them both to break. There is nothing I can do for you here, the other person will just have to throw them away. You should make sure that you get the right size for what you need." I explained "it isn't the size that was the issue with the 2 pieces I purchased, it was the fact that there are now 4 pieces rather than the two I originally walked out with."..... his response again was " this is impossible, nothing I can do here".
