I requested a quote via E-mail and asked for carbon ceramic tint. He quoted a fair price. I then scheduled the tint and when I stopped off the 1st vehicle I was told 2-3 hours. They said it was ready in about 1.5 hours. I went to pick it up and there were bubbles and they hadn't done the front window or the entire hatch of my Prius. They said they would fix the bubbles and the rest of the windows weren't part of the price. I said fine but that I thought that was wrong that they hadn't explained that when I asked for a quote. Came back later looked OK except it didn't block slot if light. I only got legal so okay. I then dropped off my girls Prius for the same job and they said they would do the front window and the rest of the hatch already had tint so there was no need to do it. After all said and done I paid the bill. I left satisfied until I got home and looked at the bill which said I got 3m color stable tint not 3m carbon ceramic or what they call the crystalline series. I am extremely unhappy. They can contact me and correct this or I will be sure to discourage everyone I know to stay away read more

I work at a local Audi dealership and recommend all my customers to these guys for a reason. I just took my S3 in today to have the windows tinted with 3M Colorstable film. I dropped the car off at 10AM and Mario had it back to me by 130PM. That's quick. Called them to have clear paint protection installed on my brand new car. They were able to get me in quick and actually knocked $150 of the overpriced kit. Prior to the installation I requested that no cutting, if necessary, be done on the car and was assure that it would not be needed. Completed the same day. Upon receipt, the film was bubbling and the seams were uneven, plotter cuts were jagged, looked horrible. I was told to give it a few days to cure. I contacted them again and was told they were no longer going to offer the product as they "where not impressed" with it, so thanks for putting it on my car. I sent them many photos showing the poor wormanship and was asked to bring in the car. Upon further evaluation I noticed several DEEP razor cuts in the paint around the edges of the film, clearly installed by an inexperienced installer. I brought the car back and it was evaluated by an "owner". Without hesitation my purchase was refunded. Not once was there an appology or offer to repair the damage created by the hack installer. The owner did not even offer to remove the film and place a disclaime on the receipt that they are not responsible for the removal of their product! I have had several of these kits installed on previoius cars, never have i experienced this. Talk to any pro and they will tell you that a razor is rarely needed and if it is, should not be useed to slice the pain off you your brand new baby. I would stay away! Horrible customer service, rude and not willing to accept liability for the damage they created. would have be nice to at least tint the car for free since they wont repaint my front bumper! Had brought in my Nissan Rogue to get an all around tint done, ended up not getting the windshield because the price was almost as much as getting the rest of the car. But these guys did an amazing job! I got 5% for the car, does the job it needs to, the machine cut tints are perfect and looks like the car came from the factory with the tints. No bubbles or streaks. Although there was some debris from the tint process inside but no bigee. I was able to get my car 2.5 hours after dropping it off. Definitely will recommend this place for tints. read more

Got my Nissan Leaf done there and I was super impressed by their attention to detail. Nissan Leafs have a different shade of clear glass that makes tinting them difficult and these guys handled it like pros. They ensured my total satisfaction and I could not be happier with the work they did. Took my wifes Quest there today and once again knocked it out of the park. Their shade selection ensured that they will have what ever you want and their computer guided film cutter machine ensures that no film is ever cut on the glass. Also, the computer guided cutter makes installation fast. My wife's van (9 windows total) was done in a little under 2 hours. In prior shops that would have been 3-4 hrs. Nice comfortable seats in waiting area with DirecTV satellite service and they actually let you control the remote. No more watching Soaps while you wait. Kudos to all that work there and will definitely recommend all friends and family there. read more

I got my car windows tinted and got the 3M paint protection for the front end of my car. I adore how it looks, and the people there were very friendly and professional. The paint protection has really done wonders and kept it looking brand new. Would not recommend these guys!Brought a remote starter in for them to install and they tried to change the price few times!Very unprofessional,agreed on one price (200-250$) but when the car was brought in and left at the garage,had a call from them next day to say technician said its a difficult install so now they want $300-350!I had wasted time and gas,will not be back and let others know ! read more

don't know why I haven't reviewed the place before today. had 3 cars tinted here before, an '08 Scion TC Sp Ed; '10 Scion XD Sp Ed; and an older Toyota Prius. they informed us of the current condition of IL law re automotive tint and let us make the final decision from there. work was done quickly and cleanly. the first time the TC was completed I did notice the watermarks all up and down the inside of the doors. when I pointed it out they corrected it right away. later when the Prius was done, I noticed the very far back 'mini' window in the trunk was not done. they said on most Prius (why did 'Priuses' become the plural of Prius? they should have made it just 'Prius' like the word 'sheep') they leave it alone and had not received a lot of feedback it was a problem. I was good-natured about and said, well I'm more anal-retentive than my spouse and if I sit in the driver seat it's the first thing I notice -- the manager / owner did exactly the same as me, agreed it was pretty noticeable, and they finished the work for free. we now live more than 1hr away otherwise they would be my first choice to tint my next car. minus 1 star for the two times I had to review the work and point things out in order for me to the 100% satisfied with the job. personally, I also wished doing the top 6inches of the front windshield cost less. but great job all around. read more

Im never the type to write a review, first off lets say the tinting work was.. 1 out of 10 i would give them a 6. The reason why is that, it doesn't seem like they check over their work. There where bubbles in my back far window, and they where not just little bubbles they where about the size of a penny. They explained to me that it was normal and over time they would go away. I was fine and didn't know any better. After a few days I left for vacation for a week and came back thinking those bubbles would be gone.. but guess what.. nope.. only became a bit smaller. Took it back they fixed that without a problem. .. now on to the big problem.. I also purchased from them a clear bra for my brand new car. I asked before we talked number if they could do the whole hood. They explained to me that they could. I of course don't want any rock chips or anything hurting my brand new car. (this was the same time i got my tinting done). So I had them do my front bumper, my mirrors, my door trim, as well as my whole hood (not half not 1/4 of the hood, the whole hood).. sure enough when i went to pick my car up it was dirty.. (you would think someone that paid $1200 for tinting and 3M clear bar they would at least clean up and wash the car and maybe check it over before giving it back) NOPE!.. mind you I was recommended by the dealership (lexus) to go there. So after I checked my car over I noticed some air bubbles and stuffs on the hood.. they said it was normal and that they will come out over 1 week, and don't wash the car for at least 48hrs. After I came back from vacation the bubbles where still there under my hood, and they didn't seal it down on the front edge. Went back they tried correcting it.. couldn't they removed it and reapplied it a number of times.. or so i was told. They called me up and asked if it was ok if they could just do half the hood.. i agreed. they gave me 100 back because of the hood.. when i went to pick my car up.. there was a huge mark or skuff in my hood.. they said they didn't do anything to cause that.. when in mind i just bought the car and took it right to them.. they said sorry and they would fix the damages.. once again this would cause me to drive back up to Naperville which i don't live and have them work on it once again. After I brought my car back up there again.. I explained to them I want what they said would do.. which is my whole hood. they said yes we will do that.. so after all said and done .. they redid my whole hood in 3M film. this is where it gets bad.. So i come back to my car.. after it sitting there for 8hrs, there was a huge bubble in the front of the hood.. SCRATCHES ON MY BRAND NEW LEXUS from them cutting on my hood. They also cut my headlight and my plastic where the whippers are.. They tired to tell me that it was my fault and i must have put the scratches there.. to explain how it looked was.. take you hood and scratch the inside line of your hood all the way around it. yes ALL THE WAY AROUND IT. after i saw it i told them to take the plastic off I will take my business else where. All said and done I'm going threw their insurance company and they are cutting me a check for just under $1800 in damages they did to my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET 3M PAINT PROTECTION FILM ON IT. THEY USE BLADES ON YOUR HOODS. THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY DON'T AND USE A PRINTER THAT DOES IT OFF THE CAR.. THEY MIGHT BUT WHY THE KNIFE MARKS ON MY HOOD AND HEAD LIGHT AND PLASTIC! worst experience of my life! read more
