Came by the next morning and quickly diagnosed that the issue was that my Nest thermostat that was previously installed wasn't compatible with my existing wiring. They then went out and bought a compatible thermostat, came back and installed. They also mentioned that there was a small leak in the refrigerant line and could try to patch and fill if I wanted or I could always have them come back in the future. I asked them to just finish the job if they could, and they actually came back in a couple hours to finish the job. Now the AC unit is working great - the place feels like an ice box! At the end, toilet cleared, I thoroughly cleaned and returned the bathroom to its original appearance. After my original review (10/23/25), he texted that I hurt his new business and never contact him again. No problem. Everything here is true. Instead of having a tantrum, he should know the following agencies could be called: Board of Health, BBB, Consumer Affairs, Google, etc. I don't want to hurt him. I just wanted him and a public consumer platform to know my experience. He read it and became defensive. Reviewing my review, I don't see where his business was affected and no reviews about his company displayed at all. He appeared hyper to make the money,but unprepared to protect the work space. He didn't have disposable gloves, but wanted to wash his working gloves in the sink. Yes, I refused his deep cleaning. He should learn how to take constructive criticism and profit from it.
