Don't do business with this guy. Been a customer for over 10 years and now when I have a claim the office manager says I can not speak with my agent as he is unavailable indefinitely I have a commercial policy and now that State farm is going to total my van and low balling me terribly and claim that my policy does not include my equipment mounted in the van that is going to cost me thousands to remove and reinstall. This office and this agent can go to hell for turning their back on me the 1 and only time I need them after paying them for 12 years now. read more

Before taking on Travis and his staff for our family's insurance needs, my wife and I had a string of awful agents. But when we met Travis he didn't try and sell us, didn't try and get us into something we didn't need but talked us through what would be best for our needs. That was almost 5 years ago, and we've cancelled all of our insurance dealings with everyone but him. We brought him all of our business and couldn't be happier. He calls when something might change, always answers the phone, and take a personal interest in everything we bring to him. He even remembers important dates and calls on those. His staff is always so helpful and kind, on the phone and in person. A couple of times he has called me, seemingly, out of nowhere, to let me know of a way to reduce my payments but increase my coverage! It was amazing! I've had the best experience with Travis and State Farm. The great snow fall in Redding felled a tree on my car and totaled my vehicle. From the moment I called Travis, the words "we will look after you" set my mind at ease. I had a rental car first thing the next morning (covered through insurance), my car was towed to a great repair shop (covered by State Farm), and declared totaled almost immediately. Every conversation with State Farm answered every question or concern I had, and kept me completely in the loop. I was offered a very fair settlement within 5 days of the incident and received my check one week later. The hardest part of this process was having to choose what kind of vehicle I wanted next. Horrible service, seems like everything is ok until you need something. try to get a simple endorsement, more charges, oh and we cant do it for 15 days. I constantly got the run around saying that there was nothing they could do, it was state farm holding back this endorsement. When I call State Farm they say that I have to talk to my agent. Not helpful at all. Don't use this place. Rates seem good until you need something. what a joke!! read more

I never knew how much my renters insurance agent would matter until I suddenly lost everything I owned and my place to live. I was shook up to say the least and Travis assured me they would take care of us. He made this process so much easier and made sure my kids and I had what we needed. No one ever tried to not cover us or not give us what we needed to replace our belongings. He even came in on a weekend and he has checked in on us regularly since. I have told everyone I know after this occurred to go see him! If you want affordable rental or home owners coverage from someone who truly will go the extra mile, you should definitely see Travis. Everyone else I've dealt with at State Farm has also been so kind, caring, and has given 110% regardless of what it cost. I have to say that we have had nothing but prompt phone call returns and in the insurance review that we had a few months back he actually saved us money on our home insurance and got is MORE coverage!! Staff is friendly and cheerful but not always prompt on returning calls. Also have an issue with this office for not informing me of changes with my policy, I feel that I should always be notified of ANY changes. Nope. And communication could use improvement. They never know what's going on in my account and always have to call corporate and that takes forever.. Maybe I should just get insurance with a corporation and not an agent? Anyways, they mean well but they really suck at running a business. read more

They've saved us money since switching over and sent a tow truck out when I was stranded on the side of the road, even though it was my responsibility to call the towing company.
