I called their office to find out if they could do anything as it'd only been 3 1/2 yrs and was told that they couldn't and that since I didn't like his work the first time I probably wouldn't like his work again. So I am left to pay for two new crowns again as insurance won't cover it this soon. I am very dissatisfied with this office and their service.

I was so very impressed with every one the minute I walked in. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The hygienist was very thorough. I was most impressed with Dr. Heesch. Not only nice and personable, she was so knowledgeable, discussed my films and pictures with me. She discussed my treatment plan very thoroughly. I wasn't able to stay in the area long enough to get the work done. The front staff had the treatment plan all typed out and explained the billing to me and my encounter was transferred to an out of state office so I could get work done closer to home without having to repeat work up. They're professional, the whole office is clean, they answer all my questions, and take the time to explain things.
