After we paid him, I noticed he mulched a section that was supposed to be stones. We called him and he said, he misunderstood and to call him in 2 weeks and he would come back and put the stones. We've called him several times and left messages and he has not called us back. He did not trim the bushes in the front of the house, missed a few in the back yard and did not do very good at edging. I'm a little disappointed and p will not call him back to do work for us.

In 2023 I paid as usual but also included payment for a lawn aeration that had been quoted to me. As of October of '23 they still had not aerated the lawn. When I called to check on it the owner could not find me on the schedule. When she reviewed payment she realized they made a mistake and said they would come out in a few day to do the aeration. They never came out. After a number of contacts with owner and assurance they would come out. In December, I finally asked for a refund of my money, I was done with their tagging me along. Owner assured me she would send the refund by the end of the month. It never arrived. After contact with the BBB and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Protection, in March of this year(2024) and the owner lying to them that I had been paid, I received a check. It took me 5 months to get my money back. Normally,I like to support local family owned business but this makes me reluctant to do so in the future!
