Hometown Flooring Designs was one of three businesses that I decided to get quotes. Gary came out to give me the estimate and measured everything with an actual measuring tape. I originally spoke to his wife, Jennifer, who was so personable and friendly. She usually is at the store and I have to say the store is clean, organized, and was decorated for the holidays and it always smells amazing! Jennifer has quite the bubbly personality and is extremely helpful. In the afternoon I chose Hometown Flooring for several reasons one because Jennifer was patient and asked me so many questions and also let me take samples home to get a good idea of what I needed to have done. Especially after I had painting done. I believe in supporting small business, and I really liked the personalized attention that I received from both Jennifer and Gary. After receiving other estimates, I truly believe that I was getting a better value and a better quality of carpet than the other carpet companies that provided estimates. When I decided to move forward with Hometown Flooring, Jennifer was great and keeping me in the loop on when the carpeting would be delivered and when delivery dates would be of a call. Also, Gary called me before my installation just to answer any questions. Gary arrived promptly at 7 am the day of the carpet installation. He had two other men with him that were helping with the install. First of all, I like the carpet and the design of the carpet. I felt that I was making great decisions with the personal attention and patience with my many questions! On top of that the installation was unbelievable! I work from home, and I never heard anything from them while they were doing the job. They were so quiet, professional and respectful of my home. They were extremely clean when they took out the old carpeting and when they installed the new carpet. They did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with my carpet and with Hometown Flooring! I had estimates done from a couple other companies, and Ringers was definitively not only the most in depth, where several options were presented, but it was also the more economical choice. But what really sold me was not the price (although that was a big plus), it was the genuine enthusiasm and interest in getting my lawn and backyard get-away to being its most beautiful with bang for the buck. They went above and beyond to readjust existing flagstone pathways, and also professionally installing an arbor that I had built up which I had planned to do myself, but they took care of it for me doing a much better job than I surely would have. We bought a house that had the crawl space repair done by them , they were supposed to run drain…read moretiles and install new sump pump, and basin, The hacks didnt bury drain tiles or tie int basin , and just covered with plastic so inspector didnt catch any of it cause it all new , 6 months basin floated out of hole , pumped burned up, We called and called Braden finally came out did nothing , it ended up costing is 5k to redo all their work ....stay away these guys , The warning is in the name Quick fix done wrong...
