I had him out just last week on a remodel project and I was surprised on how many times his phone rang!! Atleast 20 times in the 3 hours he was there. He answered it every time he wasn't 30 feet in the air on a ladder and was writing down customer information in the notepad he pulled from his tool belt. I was joking with him about needing a secretary and he says "I've tried that and customers get poor unhelpful service." With that being said... when his phone isn't ringing.. he is installing the nicest gutters you will ever own. All the corners joints he takes time to cut and form on site. Not like the patched in corner joints a lot of guys use. Also he screws the gutters in with the fancy inside clip things and not those giant ugly nails. I don't write reviews typically but people don't understand the hours and hard work put in when being a contractor. It's a lifestyle and not a 9-5 job. Anyways... he's no BS. After they started the job, they noticed that some of the fascia boards were rotted, and said that it would cost an extra $260 to fix the fascia boards. I agree to that. Then, the foreman said that there were fewer fascia boards than they thought, and it was only going to be $200. I said "Cool!" Finally, after they were all done they realized there was only one board that needed to be replaced, and they only charged me $50. The thing I loved was they were honest, and lowered it to $50 even though I had agreed to pay the $260. Love these guys!

Highly recommend them my spouts were re routed and added a few. They also informed me of wood rot and fixed that for me with new and cleaned the moss off my roof. 10/10 recommend. They also hauled away my old gutter for me.
