Went here once did not care for the provider. The doctor seemed to be unable to even understand…read morereason for a visit. Or at least lack the Care to understand the reasoning behind the visit. All I was trying to do was find a primary care while I was living in the Bakersfield downtown area. I don't plan on going back when I go to see a doctor. I want to at least listen to or act as if they pretend to listen, not ignored horrible provider. Would not recommend to anyone that is going through a medical issue or wants medical services done when they go to a doctors appointment.

The only semi negative thing i can say is that you should expect a wait regardless of your appointment time. This is because they spend a lot of time with each patient going over the visit. I always leave feeling heard at this doctors office as they take time to actually listen to what is going on and discuss treatment options. Never have i felt ignored or disregarded by them.

Dr Del Toro-Diaz was determined to find out what was wrong. Within two weeks after I saw her, she diagnosed what was wrong and treated it. After 9 months of being sick I was back to normal. The front staff were efficient, nice, and friendly. We did not have long to wait--actually, barely finished the paperwork before they called us back. The doctor's nurse is SUPER. Friendly, attentive, and fun. Got all of the information in an organized way. Dr. Yamin is efficient, organized, yet warm and with good bed-side manners. She was attentive to details, asked the right questions, and was clear that she wanted us back in two weeks to go over blood panels. We are very pleased and greatly recommend her and these offices.

Some of them are meaning to put a review and pictures of Dignity Health Memorial Hospital, which is very close and nearby but it has a different address and building and is a hospital and not the same. Same company yes, but completely different building, doctors and services. You wouldn't put a review for Kaiser-Stockdale under Kaiser-Coffee, because it makes no sense. Same here. The address I see some reviews for SHOULD be under 420 34th st, NOT 3838 San Dimas, Building A, Ste 200.

It's pretty sad that the first contact you have are with these unfriendly faces. Some of the policies, I will assume that Dr Farr knows of, make no sense. Making an appointment is not fun - you get sent a text message and "request" an appointment. After several days, you still need to call the office, if you can get anyone to answer the phone to make the appointment. Send an email - no response. Communication is not very good. The care providers however are great, listen to concerns and spend more than a few minutes with you.
