Fortunately for me, he found the broken fan that would stop and start, and other fans tried to accommodate for the issue and heat buildup. Before I had tried many, the machine was much faster, quieter, and no "not responding" messages or shutting down. My brother confirmed how much take down and putting back was required to make the repair. So happy I did. They told me it was a $525 lap top. The looked at the lap top and said I need a new mother board and key board. Repair cost was $320 to fix it, and worth fixing. They puller battery out, pulled the ram card out, Never even put a meter to the board or even plugged it in. Judging from the person working there something told me it wasn't right. I took the computer back, let my friend look at. He replace the key board for $15. works mint. Beware!

He took a look and popped the lens off and to my dismay the spider crack still appeared when I took a photo..meaning the camera itself was busted. Luckily for me he had a replacement camera on had and told me to come back in 45 minutes. I did and the phone was done and fixed. Camera is good as new.
