Easy process which is very helpful everyone I get a crack on my screen protector this is my first stop

01/10/21: 3 stars - Went with my bf to prove the account. The warranty was taken and replaced for the $10. The representative was super thorough and clean about the screen replacement. 01/06/21: 1 star - I came to replace my screen protector. They said they could only replace Zagg screen protectors purchased at that kiosk only. Tried using my bf's account and it "didn't pull up". I've come to this location so many times before (using my bf's account) and frankly I'm pissed off. If you purchased into the Zagg franchise as a business, then honor their freaking replacement policy. read more

I am a repeat customer for the last four years. Any new Electronics it's my first stop is to protect it with the ZAGG products.Hina is the first to tell me about anything that is new in the marketplace that I just might need for my travel. This was a bullshit experience for sure. My wife and I (same sex couple) went there to get our watch screen protectors replaced because the lady who put them on put on the wrong size. This guy actually says to us " who is the man and who is the woman?" Like...who does that?? Then, after he replaces my wife's incorrect watch screen protector, he charges us for it! My wife said "why am I being charged for a this? The lady put the wrong one on?" He just kept saying "Mam, you pay!" Mam, you pay!" "Nothing I can do so you pay!" We were not happy and he called me a BITCH because I said that we would never come back there. A fee choice words were said after that and we walked away. ZAGG Willowbrook - Mobile Phones Near Me - Houston, Texas

Just came by to get a replacement screen for my shattered iPhone 7 which I purchased in September. I was told today they are "rationing" the screens and would only do new work. This is truly unacceptable. If you don't have them, you don't have them. But to pick and choose whom you sell to based on the amount of money you will receive is not only deceptive it is fraudulent. The warranty for this product has no stipulations about this. If Zagg believes in their product as they should, shouldn't the number of replacemt glass be minimal? Came in for my $10 replacement for my Samsung Galaxy S21 and ended up having to pay $25 for an upgrade..... Apparently they didn't have my screen protector that was on my phone in stock.... How convenient...... so I was forced to have to upgrade and pay an additional $25 for a better screen protector that I didn't want or need. Since I drove 40 minutes I didn't want to just leave and go home. My original screen protector was $39.99 plus taxes and fees which ended up being like $65, then I come here, spend $25 dollars, and now I'm already $90 into this zagg screen protector since buying it April 12th of this year less than 2 months of owning it and if I come back for a $10 replacement this will end up being a $100 "PLASTIC" screen protector......... Sadly you can get 9H hardness "SCRATCH PROOF REAL GLASS" screen protectors for the iPhone....... I'm feeling used on this and how the heck are they charging so much for plastic when you can get a two pack of tempered glass screen protectors for $12.99 on Amazon??? Wish I could give zero stars. Should have checked the three star rating this sub par place has but I trusted my dad when he said they have good screen protectors. After buying 2 screen protectors + a wallet phone case we not only had a cracked screen and bubbles, but the wallet case was frayed within a week. Thinking this was an easy fix we went to get our money back on the wallet case and were faced with this lady who called herself the manager and she was rudely clicking her pen while trying to solve a simple problem. She refused to be helpful or refund us on a faulty product they sold us due to it "not being able to be resold"? So she admitted that they take returned products to resell customers? How can can anyone trust their products? No wonder the wallet case frayed it was probably pre used. Horrible service. Horrible product. Horrible place. Save your money because the dollar store has stronger equipment and less hassle. read more

Avoid this Zagg kiosk. When I bought my screen protector for my phone I was told they would replace it if there was a problem with it. After a few months, the screen protector shattered when I dropped my phone. I took it back today and was told they wouldn't honor the warranty. This is textbook example of fraud. They offered to sell me a new one for 50 bucks but wouldn't replace my broken one. I called and emailed corporate to report this franchisee. I went to another kiosk in the mall and paid 20 bucks for the exact same screen protector. Avoid this kiosk. read more

Excellent Products and superb service. I bought a invisble shield last year for my iphone and went in today as I had some crack on the and the manager took it back and replaced it for free no questions asked and I didnt even have a receipt of any track of purchase. I went to some other Zagg store and they refused to replace and honor life time warranty and asked me to buy a new shield. The Zagg at Willowbrook service is exemplary and I didnt even buy it from them in the first place. Hats off. I am going to go back to them again when I get my Iphone X next month.
