I cannot say enough good things to describe how incredible this company is. From the first phone call to the last interaction, the service was efficient and excellent. I was scouring the internet for towing companies that were able to come quickly but still had good service. The caller I was in contact with explained everything really well and gave me my estimated price right on the spot. They were able to get to Plano, Tx in 30 minutes and complete my whole service within an hour. I had my car towed to Richardson , and Eddie, the towing guy, was nothing but amazing. He accommodated to all my requests, was very friendly and sociable, and is incredible at his job. My car was in a difficult place to tow from, but he got the job done. Recently moved to Dallas a few months ago from New York. This is the first auto shop I've been to here out of several years of experience in going to mechanics. I am very happy this was a first visit, and the best experience as the first. These guys are super awesome and very trustworthy. When you're there, its almost like family! They really know their stuff, especially with Hybrid Cars. Fixed my issues super fast and made me feel like I can trust them as my main go-to mechanic for all of my issues moving forward. Never dealt with a mechanic that I didn't have to question twice or distrust because you already know how most mechanics are. These guys are 100% legit, honest and super helpful. Mike helped me schedule a tow to take my parents' car to a repair shop. He was very professional, helpful, informative, answering all my questions. On that day, Ramon was communicative on his whereabouts and ETA while I waited for him. On arrival, he was able to jump my parents' car so I didn't need the tow; however he offered to have me follow him back to their repair shop to check the car and get a new battery at a cheaper rate than what I'd get elsewhere. They took my right in (on a Saturday) and Moe had me fixed up with a new battery and oil change in about an hour. My car was broken into and the side window was completely smashed. Had to buy some cardboard and duct tape as a bandaid until I could get it fixed. Always have insurance! I called around, but ultimately this business got me in the next day. After insurance covered a bit, I only had to pay $100 out of pocket. It's convenient that you can pay over the phone or online. All had to do was show up with the car and let the technicians do their magic. My window looked brand new! read more

Today on 5/15/22 I had my alternator fail on the highway and I had to pull off to the service road as my car had died. I called 3 places who did not pick up before I called Zak's, who had an ETA and price estimate ready for me in about 2 1/2 minutes. Never experienced better service with a mechanic before. They are honest, very experienced, and care about your safety. Their service is pretty fast and straight forward. Honestly, I don't like writing this review but I feel like people need to know in the DFW area. I thought Zak's did a great job at getting my van unstuck out of the mud... but when you refused to drop off at my house (2 miles away) and wouldn't even let it go from your place without paying $1,800 you should be ashamed of yourselves! Zak's towing was by far the best towing company I have had the pleasurer of using ever. It has been a while since I have used a tow company, as I have a newish car (2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid) and tow driver was able to help with a quick trouble shooting before even loading the car onto a very safe flatbed.
