    Chicken Shawarma

immediate Homie. Hamza is a G!!! Gives me chicken samples, mango juice, and starts telling me jokes. How could I not get food here? To clear the air right away. Perfection, the chicken is incredible. I would do fewer veggies next time and extra meat. Sever was a 10, and the food hall is fun and a solid place to bring a group.

Yet another restaurant that left me questioning the social media hype. While the food wasn't terrible, I've definitely had better Mediterranean options right here in Columbus. The presentation was great, the plate looked delicious but unfortunately, the flavor didn't match the visuals. I ordered the shrimp ($21) and added grilled chicken ($5). The shrimp lacked any distinct flavor and leaned way too salty for my taste. As for the chicken, it was just a diced breast. I personally prefer the more traditional kabob or skewer-style Mediterranean chicken. Now, the garlic sauce? That was the standout. Creamy, flavorful, and clearly homemade; it truly saved the meal. I could honestly drink it.

Honestly it's a bit on the pricey end but most places at budd's dairy are like that. The zaki loaded fries are good and really crispy, didn't get soggy at all. But the chicken shawarma is so-so. It's basically served exactly like a gyro except not wrapped, which was kind of disappointing. But the sauce and chicken is really good so I enjoyed the shawarma still.

FLAVOR! That's the first thing that comes to my mind when I think about this restaurant. I ordered the combo Zaki Chicken bowl with lamb chops and it was jampacked with flavor. I found myself slowing down with each mouthful, just to savor the incredible taste. From the first bite to the last, the flavors were perfectly balanced, leaving me wanting more. Excellent food and great service!Go check it out--you won't regret it!

Had the chicken shawarma at Zaki Grill and it was incredible--juicy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. Fresh wrap, great sauce, and quick, friendly service. I'll be back for sure.

    Gyro the Hero + Fries

I've had Zaki twice. Once from their food truck, and most recently from their location inside Budd Dairy Food Hall. Their menu has the basics -- bowls or sandwiches, as well as some appetizers. I tried "Gyro the Hero," their take on the traditional gyro. It comes with lamb & beef, lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomato, banana pepper and tzatziki sauce. The wrap wasn't what I think of as a traditional pita, instead it was much thinner, almost like a tortilla. The gyro was pretty good, but extremely greasy which made it quite messy. I also got a side of fries ($5), and they were pretty disappointing -- very bland and a small portion for the price. Overall, I think 3 stars fits the bill for Zaki.

The food was definitely worth it. The chicken and rice with that creamy sauce is pretty delicious I can't wait to go back and try something else

Solid Gyro in Budds Food Hall. I got the Gyro the Hero and Everything on it tasted fresh, well thought out, put together well. Could've used slightly a little more meat for $12 plus but it was good and solid.

Had the opportunity to try this food truck when it stopped near my workplace. I placed an order online and was able to pick it up fairly quickly. I ordered the Zaki fries and a Gyro. Both were delicious. the fries were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. the feta cheese and tzatziki atop made the flavors pop! The gyro was stuffed with meat that was tender and juicy. I like it so well I went back and got a salad to take home for dinner.

Wow these fries were to die for. They're dressed with garlic sauce, feta, and banana peppers and seasoned with some fresh spices. Only came here for a quick bite so I didn't order anything else, but I'm excited to try this again so I can order some entrees.

    Chicken bowl. Huge portion!

The guy has always asked if I want it to burn just today, or tomorrow too, and they'll crank up the heat accordingly. Tonight however, they convinced me to try the Surf & Turf roll and oh brother...outstanding! This one has loads of lobster AND brisket, delivering a knockout in flavor. Even at a hefty $32 for a roll and chips, I wasn't mad about it. This is a much larger roll than other lobster trucks out there and is seriously packed with meat and then loaded with toppings. These guys don't skimp on food or flavor. Plus, the dudes running the truck are funny and certainly give good advice on what to try. This one is a can't miss for me whenever I see them roll into town (which is pretty rare where I am). However...if you have little kids...maybe just send mom or dad up to order, as it can get spicy (just like the roll) sometimes.

I parked my car and walked over to the food truck, and I was lucky to literally be next in line. I ordered the recommended lobster roll from the fine gentlemen that was doing the serving. I also ordered a water because it was rather warm. I gathered my lunch walked over to a picnic table, nearby and sat down to eat. My first bite into the sandwich or roll as they label them was literally a shock to my memory, it took me back to being in Maine many years ago and getting a lobster roll at a restaurant. Now I know my memory is not what it used to be, but I can honestly say this was a freaking delicious lobster roll. I ate the entire roll, wiped my face with a napkin at the table. And went up and told the server behind the counter how good the food was and that I can't wait to literally find them close by again. I will admit, I did not eat all the potato chips, because I didn't need them, but they were also good. I just read on Facebook where they're going to be in Westchester on July 20 now I need to find out where because that's literally five minutes from my house. I truly cannot wait to order another lobster roll or two. If you've never eaten at this food truck, I highly recommend it. On the day I purchased my role. It was $29 which a lot of people might think is a lot of money literally for a sandwich, but I will tell you this it is truly worth it.

The beef burrito and with creamy jalapeño sour cream sauce was high quality! Impeccably prepared beef on a soft tortilla wrap with the black beans, Spanish rice, cheese, and the usual suspects of veggies on the inside make this a go-to. My wife had the Tandoori Chicken on rice on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Solid on its own, but the creamy white sauce really enhances all their dishes. (My burrito included a small cup of it, too.) The only thing that needed noticeable improvement was the horchata. I loved the sweetness of it, but it was too grainy. We had to get it hope to strain it and re-chill it; then it tasted great, like a melted ice cream in a good way. The burgers, appetizers, and specials all had items that were appealing, so they definitely earned a second visit.

I don't care what you order from Harrison's Food Truck Halal, two things are for certain. Number one you're gonna get a lot of food and number two. it's good be damn good! The ladies are thee best at cooking up amazing food. Harrison's like a Mexican Fusion with a little East Indian flair here and there or at least that's my take. I ordered a Harrison's Special Platter W/ Salad which is enough for two. Their Double Cheese Burger as absolutely insane on how big it is and their fries slap! Loved the California Burrito. Their Horchata is super dank and the Mango Lassi is a real Mango Lassi made with yogurt, not some artificial juice nonsense!
