Comes with 2 different kids of hot sauces on the side. The staff are super friendly. I sat in the lobby waiting for my take out order and the staff were very entertaining. The food, drinks, and conversation were wonderful and much needed! There's lots of seating. Many come here for special events, such as birthdays. There was a family at the back o the restaurant having a bash. There's also a side room that offers more privacy for such occasionings. The bar was pretty. The bartender was nice and funny. We felt like drinks and got the following: - Rum punch - Hibiscus paloma The rum punch had a generous amount of rum, with cubed fruit that felt like a bonus while enjoying this beverage. The pineapple wedge was awesome as a fruit lover. The hibiscus paloma was excellent. It's new on the menu and so refreshing on a hot summer day. Frankly, it went down too easily! The food was stellar! We ordered a bunch of dishes and shared them family-style. We consumed these dishes: - Chilli chicken poutine - Pepper shrimp - Chicken wings - Extra special fried rice - Sweet and sour chicken - Volcano chicken This eatery specializes in Caribbean Chinese food eats. It is also famous for its barbeque chicken. This place does chicken right. Everything was delicious. If I were to select a couple of favourites, they would be the chilli chicken poutine and pepper shrimp. This place does fusions and spicy heat extremely well. The chilli chicken poutine was awesome. It combined my love for chilli chicken that is tender, flavourful, with some heat, with crispy fries and cheese curds. So good! The pepper shrimp were amazing. The shrimp were fresh. I loved the light batter that was crispy and crunchy. I love chicken wings. They were meaty and crispy. I tried a couple of sauces. The dragon sauce had a good amount of spice. I don't know what the other sauce was, but it didn't have a kick. It was mild and yummy. The extra special fried rice was awesome. I loved the fried rice. It had the right balance of veggies, chicken and rice. There was a lot of it! It was then topped with more chicken. The skin was crispy and yummy. The chicken was plump and moist. I took some home because we had a lot of leftover food and this dish was so comforting. The sweet and sour chicken had the right tangy-sweet mix. It wasn't overly sweet. I loved the veggies .This place does chicken so well. The morsels of chicken were yummy all coated in the sauce. The volcano chicken was excellent. It's crispy, tender chicken coated in a spicy sauce that packed a lot of good flavour. I got to witness one of the chefs out on the grill, barbequing chicken. I brought home a barbeque chicken meal over fried rice, that came with mac and cheese, and potato salad. This meal was divine. The chicken was flavourful and tender. The meat effortlessly fell off the bone. The fried rice was perfect. I loved the potato salad that had peas in it. The mac and cheese cube had good flavour and al dente macaroni. The portions are massive. Leaving hungry can't be done! I had a fabulous time. I look forward to returning for more good eats and drinks with good company. (316)

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the vast menu. Wow, 200 wing flavours and still growing?! My go to baseline is Dry Cajun although the other descriptive names made my mind wander...quite a bit. Smoookin' Senorita, 5 Alarm Inferno, Taj Mahal, Witch Doctor, Scorpion Kiss, on so on.... Give my head a shake and let's get back to business. We shared an Allstar Nachos and I ordered a pound of Breaded Dry Cajun wings. Service from Christal was excellent. The nachos chips were perfectly crispy. The wings were deliciously flavourful outside and tender meaty to the bone. I don't go boneless. A great dining experience. I will return again to continue this adventure including watching a game on the many large and small screens throughout this establishment.

We had to summon the server to place an order. I ordered the beef ribs with Cole slaw and onion rings. When I got the ribs, there was no Cole slaw. They told me that they ran out and would not substitute anything. They could have told me before I ordered my food. Then I had to bring my empty glass to the bar to ask for a free refill. Finally, I had to go to the counter and ask for a take out container. I left $0.00 tip and thought that was too much. This place is seldom busy so providing poor service will not help this place. I will not return!

Recently, I decided to get some takeout from Swiss Chalet. It's funny that I have yet to step foot in either eatery. I tend to hit the drive-thru to get my takeout and head home. Staff are friendly here. I got my usual these days, which is a quarter chicken dinner with a roll and chalet sauce. I get a salad with dressing as my side. I approached the window and paid with a credit card. I tapped and all was great. It didn't take long for my order to be ready. The woman handed over everything to me in a paper bag. I thanked her and drove home. My car smelled so good with my dinner next to me. I enjoyed my meal. The chicken was hot, flavourful, and yummy. The roll was warm. It came with butter, which was perfect. The chalet sauce was the right amount for me to dunk all chicken morsels in it. I like the side salad at Swiss Chalet. You get a lot of it and it's fresh. The dressing is excellent. Frankly, all veggie sides are good, from the mashed potatoes with gravy, to corn. If you like green beans and garlic, get this version from Swiss Chalet. Delicious! It's a decent Swiss Chalet. It's not my closest location, but I'd return here when I'm in the area. (426)

I learnt they did it back the day to save on paper napkin products. Whenever I go back I try to order the Thanksgiving feast family special for takeout. I love the Chalet sauce and wish I could take it out in bottle form if they do sell those (not sure!) to use to bring back across the border. We don't have much rotisserie chicken restaurants here in the US. I will say the when you take out the fries, they come soggy so best to eat in restaurant if that is the case.
