I didn't even get my watch off before she told me they had to send watches out to have links removed and then ushered me backwards towards the door. Not being able to help is one thing, judging a potential client based on age and appearance is another thing entirely. My now-fiancé spent almost $40k on my 6.5 carat solitaire just two weeks later, and I assure you we would've much preferred to use a local jeweler. Absolutely will not ever return.
