I have been wanting to try them as I have passed by this a couple times. I came in early Saturday so they were just starting to get busy and I actually got taken care right away. They are fast and pretty good in terms of communication and the service. The price is similar to all the nail places in the area! They changed $10 for my finger nail polish removal and $3 for my toes removal. It was pretty quiet and peaceful! The space is big and great. I just had basic gel pedicure and manicure. I think weekends early morning walk in great as they get pretty busy in the afternoons. I think they do take bookings. Walk ins are welcome too! I would love to try them again. read more

So basically, I came here to get a simple natural acrylic fill square shaped. Everyone was pretty nice but once my lady sat down, I was very confused on her step-by-step process & how she was doing my nails. mind you I've been going to the nail salon for over 20 years. I think I'm a little familiar with how a nail tech uses acrylic. She proceeded to pull out this clumpy thick gel applied to my nail, then dipped my nail and some sort of powder. I then asked her if she was using acrylic powder and she said yes this is better than acrylic powder. It will make your nails healthier, so I honestly just went along with it. She layered the gunky gel with powder and reapplied that step three times then filed then reapplied it again. After filing my nails over and over and over again, they were still super bumpy with jagged edges and not straight at all. She did not ask me to wash my hands when there was so much powder from all of the filing on my nails she then applied the nail polish over all of the bullshit!! Proceeded to charge me $80 I tipped her five dollars and I left as soon as I could to refrain from going off! Because of the horrid set of nails, I had just paid for. All I wanted was a simple acrylic fill. And when I left the salon $85 short, my nails weren't even filled. They looked worse than they did when I walked in. read more

After almost 2 years since going here, I decided to give it another try as I just needed a hard gel removal. The price was increased from $15 to $25, which is ridiculous but I was in a time crunch. She specifically asked if I wanted to cut my nails and I said only a little bit. She proceeded to completely cut my (natural length) nails off. Then she asked about shaping and I asked for square, she made them almond. I was scared to correct her and make the nails even shorter so I left them. No two nails are the same shape or length and they are all crooked. I felt uncomfortable not tipping but she was so careless with my nails I wish I didn't. I stopped in here after my yoga class and asked if they could do a regular pedicure. I came in at 8 and they close at 9 but I was able to get in a chair right away. The salon is bright and inviting with a pretty chandelier lamp in the middle of the room and lots of gorgeous plants both alive and fake. They have a regular mani for $12, gel for $40. A regular pedicure is $26, or you can get a package. The lemon package was $46 and includes massage, callous treatment and paraffin wax for your heel. For the callous treatment they put a gel on your feet and then have both a scrapper thing and pumice stone. It took about 45 minutes and then I sat drying for 20. They wrapped my toes and out cuticle oil on before sending me on my way. You can pay via card, cash or Venmo but cash is preferred. Love this place. + Their dip nail polish is fabulous. Lasts 4 weeks. One fell off and I came in and they fixed it for free. Super reasonable price. $50. $55 if you are getting removal + Open late. I love that they are open super late until 9p. It's great for running errands or if you need a litto "treat yo self" moment after work. + Everyone is super nice! Was insulted by one of the older nail techs there, she embarrassed me in front of a salon filled with customers . She said my tip was to low and call med CHEAp multiple times and said I need to give more tip money like the rest of their clients from that day. Everyone looked at me confused as the lady demanded me to go inside my bag and get more money, she even starred at my bag even after I said absolutely NOT how dare you speak me this way ! Her response was " you have no more money in that bag ?". That was such a distasteful experience! I have recommended this place to so many people because it always been a decent experience up until this day that now caused them a return customer, I will also make sure my family and friends also stop going here . We don't deserve such nasty behavior ( williamsburg has so many great salons that would love our business) I will also post a photo of the woman so anyone who reads this review can be on the watch for her bad attitude! I usually come here because it's so close to me and has extremely fair prices. However the last two times I've gotten my nails done I've had to go back. The first time I got SNS they all lifted the next day and I had to get the set redone (they were very nice about it and seemed to be fine after getting them redone). However this most time I went will be the last I go. I went in to get SNS done and they told me to get gel because it's better. I explained how thin my nails are and the existing gel I had on them wasn't strong enough and my nails were bending. They highly encouraged I do gel and to come back if there was an issue. After getting them done and returning home I noticed my nails still had a lot of bend to them and the gel was not sturdy enough. I went back the next night and was told "they still look good and what would I like them to do" I explained I don't want my nails to break and if there was a way to add a clear SNS coat. They said it would be $70 to fix them because they have to take the gel off. It's now been 3 days since getting them done and the gel is lifting on two of my nails already. So while my nails have looked good when I leave they don't seem to last or hold up. read more

I've lived in this neighborhood for 12 years so I've gone to almost every nail salon in the area- this place is definitely at the top of the list! It is clean, has a good selection of colors, well priced and the technicians are very meticulous and patient. They did a much better job and spent more time on my service than most of the places in the area that cost 50% more. My mani pedi lasted a full hour and I left with perfect toes and fingers. Came here again bringing my friends at Zambala nails and spa. This is my second visit here. They had good distancing protocols in place, and their staff wore appropriate PPE. Service is really quick. The staff made swear that they were keeping their customers 6 ft distance. Great place. read more
