Along the way I stopped at 22 Harley Davidson Dealerships. This particular dealership is one I highly recommend stopping at. They have a very large TWO STORY showroom, one of the largest of the 22 on the trip. They also have a stage outside for concerts! The bike nights here must be insane. I hope I'm lucky enough to check one out later in life. The staff greeted me as soon as I came through the door and gave me the lay of the land. I spent probably 15 minutes talking to the staff upstairs telling them about my trip and where I was off too next. If you are in the area you have to stop by and check this place out.

I couldn't even have the bike towed bike to Milwaukee because their truck was broken. The costs for repairs are $2600! The clutch and stator were damaged. I have tried contacting the dealer, but have not received a phone call back. They responded to my Google review noting to contact them, but when I did they never responded. Their response was purely to make themselves look as if they are responsive. I understand that when you buy a used bike you take chances, but this is crazy. I would absolutely NEVER recommend Milwaukee Harley. I am now working the House of Harley who has been great with service and trying to get me a deal on getting this thing fixed.

I brought my 2018 Street Glide in for a transmission repair. After the work and a test ride, I was told it now needed about $8,500 in engine repairs due to alleged lifter failure and a damaged lifter bore. Before approving that, I got a second opinion from an independent Harley-Davidson shop in Florida. They found a different issue: the primary chaincase had no lubricant. After refilling the fluid and replacing the primary cover gasket, the ticking noise attributed to major engine damage disappeared. The technician also noted the lifter bore damage was unlikely to be the cause. The engine work was never done because I declined it. Since the transmission repair had already been completed, it's unclear why the primary chaincase was empty after the service and test ride. This resulted in over $6,100 in out-of-pocket costs, not including a canceled Sturgis trip, lost PTO, travel expenses, and lost time with family. I attempted to resolve this privately with the dealership before posting, but was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. While mistakes can happen, I'm concerned that an apparent incomplete transmission repair was followed by a recommendation for a major engine overhaul rather than identifying the actual issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend House of Harley-Davidson's service department. I encourage riders to consider other options until improvements are made in workmanship, quality control, and accountability. If the dealership ultimately takes responsibility and resolves this fairly, I will update this review accordingly.

The outdoor area is especially nice, with all the gorgeous plants that the manager/owner personally hand-waters. It's a small detail, but it really adds to the atmosphere. The place can get very busy before a Brewers game, which is completely understandable. They do have parking, although street parking is pretty plentiful too. Inside is a little tight, but groups of up to six should be able to find a spot without too much trouble. Anything larger than that might get a little dicey. I tried the chicken sandwich, and while the chicken itself was a little thin, the flavor had me wanting to come back for another one. Sometimes that's all you need to know. And do yourself a favor and order a Bloody Mary. I sucked mine down way too fast, which probably tells you everything you need to know. A Bloody Mary at Sobelmans is part of the full experience. Great staff, great atmosphere, good food, and a solid spot to hit before a Brewers game. I'll definitely be back.

This old school, family owned restaurant is very much a neighborhood classic that has stood the test of time. The thin crust is the perfect base for the amazingly tangy Italian sauce. The toppings are generously portioned, and the pizza (available in 12" & 14") is cut into squares, which make it all too easy to eat more! We started with the fried mushrooms and eggplant, which were very generously sized. Our table of four barely made a dent. The breading on both was great, trapping in the heat, flavors and firmness of the veggies. The eggplant especially, which in my experience can be mushy, was excellent. I loved how it was served with lemon wedges. The tartness of the lemon mixed with the zest of the marinara sauce made the eggplant something I could have eaten just by itself. The restaurant has a bar area first, then a dining room adjacent. The tables here are packed in pretty tight. We ended up at a corner table, and could bump elbows with the people sitting next to us. Still, everyone was respectful of each other's space and no issues were had. Our servers maneuvered through effortlessly and quickly.

Every time I go, I always think, "They come to take orders or simply check on us the perfect amount"--I know they want to ensure I've got everything I need but they don't feel overbearing (this is regarding servers or the bartender). Finally, I order the same thing each time: garden salad with house Italian dressing and the special pizza (sausage, mushroom, onion). Salad is crisp and the pizza is consistent--the best.
