Mobile seems to bill behind, internet slightly ahead. I am changing service and am not sure what I owe, even tracing back all bills to my initial enrollment. 5. Why can't I update my address. I am no longer at the address you have on file. I want to pay what I owe or get any refunds due me. 6. Why, if my internet is canceled, do I have to pay you $50 more for two mobile lines. I don't see any discounts on my bill. I don't see anything in my enrollment. I was only intending to cancel the internet, but I ended up needing to cancel everything. Because of that, it doesn't feel as accessible or practical for everyday visits. Overall, while the mall may look better on the surface, it has lost some of the character and inclusiveness that made it special in the first place.
