Take the old food court on 34th and Market (Taco Bell, Quiznos and Pizza Hut), give it a facelift and send it to French culinary school and this is what you get! A college campus does not deserve a food hall like Franklin Table (and candidly it baffles me how undergrads can afford $18 sushi for lunch) but this place is fantastic. Currently includes Goldie (Michael Solmanov's falafel joint), DK sushi (by Double Knot), High Street Provisions, Pitruco Pizza, KQ Burger, Little Baby's Ice Cream and The Juice Merchant Only criticism (if you can call it that) is that there is a lack of a solid salad spot or lower priced options. It also gets packed at lunch hour so would highly advise coming before 12pm after 1pm

KQ burger, asked for well done, but came out to be medium well with pink center.

Eggplant pizza with tomato sauce. Overall, taste is pretty good, wish the crust isn't so burnt. Decent size and amount of food for the price.

YES U. City. Yes. This is exactly what the city needs more of: good food without the wait and plenty of seating. My only downside was that I overpaid for an average-tasting burger and fries ($13). Double Knot sushi has a sushi bar here and for those who love DK, you can get quality sushi without the reservation! Goldie also has delicious falafel for around $7. High Street on market sells yummy pastries and there is even an ice cream shop to try. The burger place and the Juice Merchant both felt overpriced. Juices were around $8 and the burgers were about $10 without fries. I would come back and to Goldie, the pizza and DK again. And SO close to HUP and CHOP for all the hungry shift workers in the area.

    Vegan falafel salad - scrumptious!!

Food is fine, but way overpriced for a food court feel. But would expect nothing less on UPenn's campus :)

An automatic phone system that doesn't fit all. You get redirected to technical when you just need someone to give you your pin. 2. Customer service is often highly accented during normal business hours. They are trying to help, I just don't understand them. 3. It's hard to get ahold of a human being. When you do, there are long waits, and occasionally, you get disconnected. 4. Please be clearer on the website what period of time. I am being billed for. Mobile seems to bill behind, internet slightly ahead. I am changing service and am not sure what I owe, even tracing back all bills to my initial enrollment. 5. Why can't I update my address. I am no longer at the address you have on file. I want to pay what I owe or get any refunds due me. 6. Why, if my internet is canceled, do I have to pay you $50 more for two mobile lines. I don't see any discounts on my bill. I don't see anything in my enrollment. I was only intending to cancel the internet, but I ended up needing to cancel everything. Dealing with a brick and mortar store in San Francisco was easy. They are knowledgeable but limited in what you allow them to do. Your automated system and your apps are frustrating and not user-friendly for far too many things. I liked Xfinity, please look into improving the things I mentioned. I did like that you could immediately see trouble on the line when I didn't and send a great tech to fix it, free.

We were able to take advantage of the happy hour pricing and grabbed a couple of beers before checking out the approximately ten vendors for food. My wife opted for a Masala power bowl with salmon and really liked it. I ordered wings from Stix Chicken. I got the hot and sweet sauce on eight wings for $13. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food but these were some of the best (and messiest) wings I ever had! I don't know how they get them that crispy but they were excellent. Prices were on par with most food trucks not cheap but fair. This place is a good choice for a more interesting fast casual meal.

We can eat out in the lobby. They have QR codes on the tables and our food would be delivered to us. Of the six of us, four of us struggled with the online menu. I had no problem, but those using iPhones did. A couple of us went inside to order. There was no less than 15 minutes between each of our meals being delivered. I ordered first. I got my meal last, nearly 45 minutes after I ordered. The highlight was the service. The server was apologetic, understanding, and clearly "got it." One of us enjoyed the food. We were going to a movie at the Screening Room, sent the Chancery Food Court was a natural and convenient choice. Never again.
