When you do, there are long waits, and occasionally, you get disconnected. 4. Please be clearer on the website what period of time. I am being billed for. Mobile seems to bill behind, internet slightly ahead. I am changing service and am not sure what I owe, even tracing back all bills to my initial enrollment. 5. Why can't I update my address. I am no longer at the address you have on file. I want to pay what I owe or get any refunds due me. 6. Why, if my internet is canceled, do I have to pay you $50 more for two mobile lines. I don't see any discounts on my bill. I don't see anything in my enrollment. I was only intending to cancel the internet, but I ended up needing to cancel everything. Dealing with a brick and mortar store in San Francisco was easy. They are knowledgeable but limited in what you allow them to do.
