Dr. Kramer radiates charm, confidence and passion. It's no surprise that her hospital peers and staff voted her "Physician of the Month." Dr. Kramer led me through a difficult and frightening course of treatment and her attention to detail, honesty and compassion were always reassuring. I wouldn't recommend any other adult pulmonologist other than Dr.Violet Kramer. It's disappointing that I can't award her at least 10 stars.

I didn't see him for a period of time and was reassigned to Dr Livornese (who I was not impressed with). Dr. Livornese focused on my sleep apnea and didn't listen when I expressed concerns about my asthma, even after poor lung test scores in the office. I called the office to be reassigned to Dr. Patton, but reception told me to call the number for new patients, where I had to leave a voicemail. After a week I received a call only to be told Dr. Patton wasn't taking new patients. (Don't know why it took a week for that info.) Clearly this is a very busy practice and the staff is rude either because they are overworked or just don't care. I am moving to another practice that puts patients first.
