I have a very low pain tolerance, and they have both taken the time to have a conversation with me to distract me during my service. During my last treatment it was completed quickly with very little discomfort - one part of my chin even felt like it had numbing cream applied! There are different pain levels for lasers so be honest about your pain tolerance. They also have more than one laser option for those of us with melanin! I also like to support small businesses and Kristen definitely is a deserving person that I am happy to give my money to. I have tipped her extra EVERY time because she treats me as great as the first time I saw her EVERY time. I got 6 months of microderm and extractions (diamond facial) back to back with her. I then went to microderm only every other month and extractions only on alternative months.
