For starters, the staff was very welcoming and the esthetician that treated me ( Stephanie) explained everything thoroughly as far as what I needed to do post treatment and gave me a free consultation to put me at ease, even though I had previous laser treatments elsewhere I'm always a bit apprehensive about showing a new person my full Brazilian bikini, lol! She explained the difference between lasers and was helpful in describing which one I needed to really be effective when I got back home. While I was there I also tried their lipotropic B12 injection which gave me so much energy I was really able to knock my workout out of the park. When I went for a consultation, I was nervous and somewhat skeptical because i've hears mixed reviews about laser hair removal on men's beard, and also African american skin. Stephanie explained the entire process to me, and she made me feel confident it would work. After my first treatment, she said I would possibly see an immediate change in the way my hair grows, I took her word for it. I love coming to this place it is so magical. Stephanie is such a sweetheart. She's knowledgeable and will walk you through the entire process and put your mind at ease. I found her after calling several locations. When I came I was very scared because I had seen a few YouTube of the process and I thought it was we extremely painful like waxing. I did my entire Brazilian, underarms, lip and chin and it didn't hurt at all. It took about 30 to 40 minutes total. Extremely happy I made the decision to start my laser hair removal treatments.
