I believe this restaurant has the same owners as Chili and Agave. The food and service are fantastic. I'll definitely return.

Very bad food. No spice. More texmex than Mexican food. Definetly overpriced. The service was good, but not good enough to return.

The place when you step into it is really a well Themed restaurant, very clean, decorated with think you would find in Mexico, like the large hats. The room reminds me of dining in Mexico off the resorts. The place is very busy! The derive was nice, but please be patient with your wait staff they have been busy probably for hours before you got there, and we're still quite pleasant. We ordered some beer and a jalapeño drink, and it was off the charts! The food, we had the sample platter, which I'm not in any rush to get back to. The taquitos were quite bland as were the cheese quesadillas. The nachos also were just meh. The salsa was just really a cup of tomato juice, with some small floating bits of cilantro and onions, I wish this was a real pico, but I think they may have run out... guac also a little disappointing in this dish. It was quite low on the flavour profile over all. It's a great idea, but the food was quite bad. The pulled beef tacos, this dish comes with three tacos, and let me tell you, this really hit it out of the park!! Omg every bite was WOW! The meat was so tender and well seasoned, I could have eaten all 5 tacos (we added an extra two for $10), and the jus that comes with this, omg omg omg!!! So so so good! I would love to eat this every single day! Our last dish was the quesadilla, I chose chicken as my protein, but this was a little flat as I like my quesadilla really crunchy fro the tortilla, and the filling had some really good chewy, stringy cheese that I really enjoyed, however that chicken filling could really use some more spices or more tang. It was quite under flavoured. We really enjoyed the experience of this Mexican restaurant, and I know many of us are dying to fly out, but if you want authentic Mexican foods, this is certainly on top my go to list. They also had some of the best Mexican rice here, flavoured to perfection!!!

Of course he could have upcharged but he was right. Well balanced. The steak fajitas fed two. The kids almost finished their tacos. The croquettes are one of my absolute favorites and they really were great. We all sampled each others food and I would come back if I was in the area again. The shrimp on garlic sauce had some heat. All around great place. Parking in the area was rough. I don't know what to suggest for this. Obviously a beach area at the lake and busy. We almost didn't find parking. Glad we did.

Enjoyed a very tasty dinner at this spot, but just beware when ordering cooking will take a while!…read moreWe were seated on the patio, which was nice, felt more airy. The interior of this restaurant is very small, with limited seating. I'd say patio seating is the best. We put our names in and were told it would be 30-40 minutes, so went up the road for a drink...as our drinks came out, the table became ready, in only about 20 minutes, so we had to drink quick and head back. We got back and a server took our drink order, they took a bit to bring them out and then we placed our order. We ordered a chicken Paella to share. The menu did note paella would take 45 minutes to cook, so we also got a few appetizers, ceviche, guacamole and Patatas bravas. After about 2 minutes, we had to flag down the water again and check the apps were coming g our first, and not everything at once...he went to check and then began bringing them out. The wait was long, but they were all good. As they began taking away appetizer plates they brought a hot plate for the paella and a bowl "for the shells"...at this point I reminded him we got the chicken paella, he agreed and took it away, it was then about 45 minutes later (1.5 hours total) that he finally brought them out chicken paella out, acknowledging the long wait and informing us he accidentally put the original order in for for seafood paella. Nothing the long wait and the Erie, he told us the paella would be computed and profusely apologized for his error and the long wait. We appreciated his honesty and making things right by not charging us for the main dish after such a long wait. The paella ended up being very good and was way more than the (4) of us could eat. Overall, the food was good, service could use some work on their communication, but they did right by us. I'd try it again if ever in the area!

My most recent visit, we took a chance this place was open and we were in luck. The place is decent is next to a plaza but parking is a bit tight. We were lucky we got a spot. We hopped in and were greeted by the people there. There was also multiple people seated. We had some chit chat with the staff and in no time ordered some fish tacos, al pastor and beef. We took a seat and I went to wash my hands. There's a single washroom or at least there was only 1 open when we were here. In no time our order came out. They all looked decent. We weren't sure what the options were going to be for the fish but it was fried vs grilled. I have to say, pretty decent fish taco but the sauce was really nice. The al pastor and the carne were also solid tacos. They have a pretty good selection of tacos, soups, quesadillas and specials. We let the staff know how much our mom loved their sauce and they packed more for her to go. That's customer service!

The restaurant is small, so it's good for groups of up to 6. We were greeted warmly and the staff were extremely helpful explaining how to order and answering any questions we had. Service was quick, but this place is all about THE TACOS!!! They are cheap ($12-$16 for three) and you can mix-and-match from their extensive menu. All four of us ordered different tacos (al pastor were my favourites) and they were all DELICIOSO! It should tell you all you need to know that Mexican families and tradespeople were going out of their way to have lunch here. (We do not speak Spanish and are very Canadian and we were welcomed warmly) Make sure you try La Ravolución!

We decided to pack up and find some delicious lunch and found this place. First of all it's adorable inside, feels like you are in Mexico. It was the perfect way to pretend it wasn't snowing. Our server was patient and wonderful and helped me order food that was safe for my food intolerances. We had margaritas, the beef soup, shrimp ceviche, Spanish pear and kiwi salad and I had a side of pork rinds because I couldn't eat the corn chips here. I appreciate that I had that option. All of the food was delicious and fresh. The portions were pretty large. Either the ceviche or the salad could have easily filled me up. But since we had ordered we just stuffed ourselves. We will come back again next time we are here.

Their tacos were very good, street style but only came 2 on a plate. Ordered the grilled shrimp ones and was very good with the citrus infused hot sauce. Guac was so fresh and very flavorful. Desserts were churros, key lime pie and 3 kinds of cheesecake. Our server was a young lady who was friendly and and did everything she could to allow us to have the enchiladas because it was a supper item. We were very pleased with her. They also give you a small cone of home made tortilla chips and pico to start. Ambiance was perfect because it was mostly latin style music and the tv in the background was there for visuals and not interfering with the whole dining experience. A very good homey like/ cantina style restaurant. Air conditioning made it very comfortable on a very warm day.
