This colorful restaurant offers a wide variety of cocktails and everting we tried was delicious. Our server was fun and kept us set with anything we needed. I will visit here again!

A Taste of Home in Niagara Falls! I was in Niagara Falls for work and, coming from California--where great Mexican food is everywhere--I wasn't sure what to expect. But Chile & Agave absolutely blew me away! The flavors, the quality, and the authenticity made me feel like I was right back home. Staff is amazing too. If you're in the area and craving real Mexican food, this place is a must-visit. Can't recommend it enough.

An unassuming Mexican restaurant! Very authentic, lots of selection and absolutely amazing food! We had the pulled pork nachos, birria tacos and suadero tacos. Monday-Thursday you can opt for the "Mixed Taco Platter" that lets you get 6 tacos for $30, as opposed to getting 3 for $18! This was definitely more than enough food for 2 people and we ended up taking some of the food home with us. The restaurant is very nicely decorated as well, and was even decked out for Christmas already! Can't wait to come back here again soon!

If you are in Niagara Falls area this place is about a 15-20 minute drive and well worth it. If not for the size of the facility , music volume, and just okay desserts I would have easily given this place a 5 star on service and food quality and taste. We had a table of eight needed and when we first got there it was on the busy side so we agreed to split into two tables of four which we thought was very accommodating given the wait was up to 45min. After being seated ordering our drinks and appetizers the table next to us left and the rearranged to sit us all together. Again very accommodating. We didn't expect them to seat us together at all. For appetizers we got to types of queso fundito and both were absolutely delicious. Would have liked to have tried more apps just for that reason. We were there on a Tues so Taco Tuesday meant $5CA so like $3.50US tacos. I got 6 all different kinds and added cheese to all except the most delicious imo the coconut shrimp taco. But seriously all were excellent. Seriously! My youngest son and my father-in-law both got the pulled pork nachos and my wife and daughter both got the fajitas. They were both great and high quality but they are what they are. My son-in-law got a mix of enchiladas and he went on and on about them but I didn't try them so couldn't be sure but he definitely approved. My oldest son got a burrito and while I don't recall what all was in it I remember thinking this may be one of the better burritos I've had. Dessert was ordered in style nearly getting one of everything to sample as we knew the likelihood of ever returning was slim (we are from Oklahoma where Mexican restaurants are on every other corner). The description of the carrot cake was promised as the last you ever want to eat type good but I know where the best in the world is. It is in Ardmore OK and no one will ever be able to convince me otherwise but I was happy to let them attempt it. While decent I wouldn't consider it in my top 5. Sorry missed a bit. The Oreo cake on the other hand was pretty delicious. A bit less rich than expected but still very good. The caramel cheesecake was okay but didn't pop like I thought it might either while I would say on the dolce leche to pass unless you like a bit more of a soggy style cake. All in all still some the best food and definitely better prices for great food in the area. This was hands down one of the better places we ate near Niagara. And we ate at many. There will be reviews for all.

Visiting Niagara Falls from Texas and was in need of some solid Mexican food and this hit the spot. The suadero tacos were so good and we also liked the birria quesadillas. Two thumbs up.

Amazing place. Do try the mojito. I ordered the chilli relleno, so good too. The veggie cauliflower tacos looked great too.

Food, atmosphere and service was outstanding. I would have given this place six stars if that was an option. A true gem! Everything seems to be home made and delicious. Definitely not a chain Mexican restaurant.

Of course he could have upcharged but he was right. Well balanced. The steak fajitas fed two. The kids almost finished their tacos. The croquettes are one of my absolute favorites and they really were great. We all sampled each others food and I would come back if I was in the area again. The shrimp on garlic sauce had some heat. All around great place. Parking in the area was rough. I don't know what to suggest for this. Obviously a beach area at the lake and busy. We almost didn't find parking. Glad we did.

The interior of this restaurant is very small, with limited seating. I'd say patio seating is the best. We put our names in and were told it would be 30-40 minutes, so went up the road for a drink...as our drinks came out, the table became ready, in only about 20 minutes, so we had to drink quick and head back. We got back and a server took our drink order, they took a bit to bring them out and then we placed our order. We ordered a chicken Paella to share. The menu did note paella would take 45 minutes to cook, so we also got a few appetizers, ceviche, guacamole and Patatas bravas. After about 2 minutes, we had to flag down the water again and check the apps were coming g our first, and not everything at once...he went to check and then began bringing them out. The wait was long, but they were all good. As they began taking away appetizer plates they brought a hot plate for the paella and a bowl "for the shells"...at this point I reminded him we got the chicken paella, he agreed and took it away, it was then about 45 minutes later (1.5 hours total) that he finally brought them out chicken paella out, acknowledging the long wait and informing us he accidentally put the original order in for for seafood paella. Nothing the long wait and the Erie, he told us the paella would be computed and profusely apologized for his error and the long wait. We appreciated his honesty and making things right by not charging us for the main dish after such a long wait. The paella ended up being very good and was way more than the (4) of us could eat. Overall, the food was good, service could use some work on their communication, but they did right by us. I'd try it again if ever in the area!

I decided to look at reviews of this place unfortunately after we had ordered, Yelp had 2 reviews that were right on. My wife's chicken quesadillas were filled with something I'm not sure what, side salad came minus any dressing, my chicken fajitas were very poor although at least you could actually see chicken pieces. Served luke warm with tiny side cups of condiments, that look like the hospital cups that are used to deliver patients meds. Very sad. Terrible experience the waitress asked us how everything was we were honest "not very good". Didn't matter as no manager came to see us and we payed full price for a horrible meal. The last time I ate there I paid 20 dollars for a soggy mess of chips, some mystery meat, guacamole and sour cream, followed by a piece of wax paper in a to-go box. Their service sucks, and there's never any parking. Very disappointing because the restaurant is beautiful.

Unfortunately after we finished our nachos we found out that even as a happy hour special($10.00), we could have added spicy beef or chicken, making the nacho platter a more complete meal. Our second happy hour appetizer was the crunchy chicken bites. We picked the Spicy Thai sauce. The bites were very crunchy and had a nice sweet heat. There is a promotion going on.
