I originally hired Josh years ago for a very small job which he humbly accepted in between his other large jobs (in hindsight he was far overqualified). I knew he would be our person for any future projects. When it came time for cabinetry for our basement finish, I knew Josh was who we would use. To cover my bases, I explored a couple other quotes. Here's the nutshell on that. While Josh's pricing was at first glance (slightly) on the higher side than other quotes, the value easily exceeded the other quotes we got. One was slightly less but the cabinets would have to be painted after install (they didn't provide painting) whereas Josh follows best practices and all cabinets were expertly painted prior to install. Josh is also able to do just about anything you can dream of. We did a custom wardrobe-style storage closet with paneling to match an adjacent wall and the work he did seamlessly integrates with the work of our basement carpenter. Moreover, when some things went south with our project and we had to have the floors redone, Josh really saved us. We no longer trusted our original carpenter and Josh helped fix trim work that had been damaged in the floor debacle process. As you can see, I really can't say enough good things about Josh and his skills. The bonus to all of this is he is a kind, genuine person who is genuinely wonderful to be around. Don't be surprised if it feels as comfortable having him in your home as it does a long-time friend. Show Josh respect and kindness and he will return it tenfold and more.

Tyler was prompt with his reply, and the quote was very reasonable. When I met him, he brought along his assistant, Mike. I showed them what I wanted mounted and where, and they went to work. It turns out Mike has the exact TV I wanted mounted in the living room. He told me I had some pieces of hardware missing, but I knew I had them in a box in storage, so I would have to go get them. Tyler and Mike had family trips planned for the following week, and they offered to come back during vacation to finish the job. I told them that wasn't necessary, and they came back the week after. The TVs and soundbar are all installed and work perfectly. I can't thank them enough for the outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

We wanted to make our basement more cozy and requested some quotes from contractors. After realizes most items I wanted were wood pieces I decided to contact Adams cabinetry. Steve came out, gave me his opinions on things and went home and hand sketched my vision on paper. Not only that but his quote was fantastic. These are custom hardwood pieces for a great deal. It includes installation, constant check ins from Steve, and the fun part of picking a stain and finishes. I can not say enough good things about this company. I do believe that perhaps the work is a bit overpriced and that you might be able to find high quality work at a better value. Steve is also a good salesman. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the exceptional work demonstrated by Trinity Outdoor Design. Their quality of service, communication throughout the project and the final product exceeded our expectations. We had needed some accommodations regarding when the loudest construction would take place which they respected and they even finished the project earlier than anticipated which was greatly appreciated. The only feedback we have is that we had hoped to work together to resolve a misunderstanding regarding something we needed done for the project that turned out not to be included in the original estimate, and was a little disappointed that they didn't follow up about the issue at the end of the project. We believe that if there had been a little more communication at the end of the project, their service could have been even more exceptional. Unlike other contractors who bid on the same job, Trinity carefully examined the issue to understand possible root causes, and then talked me through exactly what they would do and why it would prevent the issue from returning. Trinity's bid wasn't the cheapest, but their reputation and communication made me much more confident in the investment, and I'm glad I chose them over the cheaper options. I highly value communication in a job like this, and Adrian exceeded all my expectations. He talked me through all the options, and shared regular updates about the start date and what to expect.
