Everyone in the studio has a great disposition, including everyone in my circuit! Made me feel like they're looking out for everyone's safety in health in the little ways they can. I will definitely be coming back. The instructors will come around to encourage and help, but you do need to be a bit of a self-starter, or comfortable following the video screens, as it can get busy with four different groups cycling through their exercise--I guess 12 different exercises at all, often going on at once. In the past, my one quibble was with the showers, but I've had good experiences here of late--just a great space to get in an incredible and efficient workout.

I truly dont know why they call it Tokyo and kudos to the coaches - Jackie and Hernan! AMAZING. I had very valuable items stolen - they take no accountability and are even a bit passive about it like well you shouldn't leave them in your locker. MULTIPLE WOMEN have had their purses and valuable items STOLEN: My Cartier watch and VINTAGE LV bag were stolen while others had their Gucci and Goyard purses stolen. Since there are no cameras in the locker room this thief will keep getting away with it. At the time they had no signs up in the locker room and now they are all over the gym. I have spoke to the police and done everything I needed to on my end but in the end Barry's and their insurance company take NO RESPONSIBILITY! THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CLIENTELE!!!

Garen and Eric were really fun, helped me with my technique, and allowed me to make modifications. The workouts were very challenging but engaging, and it definitely felt like an accomplishment once I finished. There's a lot of different equipment I used during the sessions, which is fun to try out (at least for someone like me who never goes to the gym otherwise lol). I also found that the people in the room are encouraging, and it felt like we were in it together.
