The pizza is really good here, for the price you can't beat the quality. For their one toppings they put a good amount of cheese. This place would be 5 stars if they had better customer service. We had a male with glasses who seemed more occupied eating in the back then taking orders, no smiles, annoyed tone in his voice, and even saw him roll his eyes when another employee told him someone else was ready to order, (also this is during the corona virus epidemic and he should not be eating putting his hands to his mouth and then giving us back our change and food). When I picked up my order I just asked "can i please get some plates and ----" (and he cut me off and rudely said "we don't have plates," he didn't even let me finish my sentence to ask for pepper. This place has other reviews about poor customer service, I hope the owners take this into consideration and talk to their employees. I want to continue supporting small businesses especially during this time where we are on shut down but with this time of customer service I'd rather just take my business to a cooperation where I know they train their employees or will always take this type of feedback seriously. read more

I know Zappys closes at 9pm according to their website on the weekdays but I wonder if they ever pick up on any of their customers phone calls around 8pm - 8:40pm. I called like 20 times and no one answered. This is not the first time. 5 stars because their pizzas are fire otherwise 1 star. SMH. Update - The guy said they are no longer picking up on phone calls starting 8pm due to other customers ordering and not picking up their food. My response? Well, at least answer your phone and tell us "yes" you are still open but are not taking any phone orders starting at 8pm. At least do that. Pick up on our calls and tell us. Dont be ignorant. We are not robots or rocks, we are humans and good communication skills goes a long way. Owner, please fix this issue. Have your employees tell us over the phone instead of literally ignoring us. read more

This place recently opened. It is in the same shopping center as Foodland and CVS Pharmacy. It has a very simple menu: Pizza, Wings and Breadsticks. Right now there is a special on a one topping pizza 3.99. Wings are 5 dollars for 8 pieces 10.99 for 20 pieces I think breadsticks are 99 cents I ordered 20 wings and a pepperoni pizza. This place is better than Little Caesars which has similar prices. The wings are much better than Little Caesars and the pizza is better too. The wings are not crisp but they are moist and not overcooked and have good flavor. The pizza was surprisingly good for a 5 buck pizza, I would say equal or better than Dominos or Pizza Hut. This place is really good for what it is. An inexpensive pizza place and wing joint when you don't have time or inclination to cook and just want to chow for cheap. Can't really give any pizza joint that sells pizza for 5 bucks 5 stars but for value it is a 5 star joint. Check it out and give them your business. read more

Every time I go there, they have great pizza at a low cost. I recently had some friends over at the house, so I bought their supreme pizza, their meat lovers and their pepperoni. The cheese was nice and runny, not to the point where its annoying and coming off, but nice and stretchy. The mozarella melts in your mouth. The crust they had was nice and crispy. I spent about forty bucks for three large pizzas, two of them being specialty, and a 20 piece wings. Well worth it, and will be coming back. read more

There are pretty good deals on $5.00 Pizza everywhere. We have tried a few of them but the best tasting $5.00 pizza is here. It is always hot and made fresh, the pizza is just perfect, not greasy, and not too saucy, crust was equally chewy and crunchy. The best deal is you can add on fresh bread sticks for just $1.00 more! This beats Dominoes and Little Caesars hands down. This is the best pizza in this neighborhood! The Hawaiian is by far my favorite, although others are really tasteful as well. I've been buying pizza here since they open and never never had a problem the owner is very nice person but when he is not in his business I've noticed it's a mess. I tried calling for me to pick up a pizza it was around 9:30 and I at least called 10 times and never picked up. I arrive to the place and it was ten before closing and asked if they had a problem with their phone and he replied he doesn't answers the calls from 20 before closing ??? Alot of people showed up at my house so i called in three pepperoni pizzas, this place makes you wait about 5-10 minutes but the pizza is fresh.
