Zara at the Brickel downtown Miami location is a pretty large store with a lot of items to choose from. The store was busy and packed with a ton of people. So busy that the fittings room lines were a little insane. The staff was saying that if you download the Zara app you can actually make somewhat a reservation for the fitting room. Overall picked up some items for the summer ahead and honestly I guess you need to spend some time in here if you don't know your size and fit. read more

Zara has the WORST customer service that I have ever encountered. I purchased two items which I had waited to buy until ZARA'a Black Friday Sale (7/28/22). I purchased the items online to avoid Black Friday traffic and parking. When I received the first item, it was too large. I drove to the ZARA Dadeland to exchange it for a smaller size. The store not having my size, called another location and found my size at ZARA CIty Center. I was about to leave the store to do the exchange at City Center, but the Dadeland associate said she would accept the item and I could pick up the exchange at the City Center store. I gave her my item, which she refunded. This I thought was strange because for an exchange you bring the item, and exchange it. I believe, she wanted that garment in her inventory. When I arrived at the CIty Center ZARA, I selected the garment and took it to the counter. I explained to her that it was an exchange and that the Dadeland store took the garment and instructed me to the City Center store to obtain the smaller item for the Black Friday price. The sales associate said it was full price, and no longer Black Friday price. I showed her my receipt that showed the time of the return 30 minutes earlier. Unfortunately, this sales associate did not even call the Dadeland store to confirm. I needed the garment for a holiday trip and I did not have time to look for something else, so I bought it at the regular price which was $80.00 USD more than what I originally paid. Later, I phoned ZARA customer service to request the difference because but for the mistake of one sales associate instructing me incorrectly on the exchange, I would have had the larger sized item that I received to exchange at the CIty Center store. I requested that they honor the sale price I purchased the item for and refund me the difference. After several weeks of waiting, ZARA said they would pay me through Zelle the difference for the additional amount that I paid. All this communication occurred between 12/17/22 and 1/7/23. Today is 2/27/23 and I still not have received a payment. I call ZARA every 4 days to ask about the refund, and they say they must "ESCALATE" my case. Every fews days I ask ZARA to at least offer me a store credit. ZARA says they must "ESCALATE" it. At this point my case has been escalated so much it must be at the top of the building! After ZARA they said they would honor the sale price and send it to me, are now backtracking and only evading the issue by saying they will "ESCALATE" my case. Furthermore, with the second item I purchased on Black Friday 2022 was never delivered. When I called Zara two week after my order to inquire on my delivery, ZARA said they would investigate the issue and that they would call me back. I never received a call back. ZARA does not contact the customer to tell them there has been a problem with the delivery. I kept waiting for the item but nothing, while the date to my trip approached. Then suddenly, I received an email from ZARA stating they are crediting the credit card with which I bought the item. They did not tell me the item was not in stock anymore, they did not say the shipment was lost, they did not call to instruct me to pick it up at a local store. The ZARA stores in my area had the item in my size, but ZARA did not give any advice on how to obtain the item honoring the Black Friday price with which I purchased it for, considering that they had the item. The result is that I drove to the ZARA in Aventura and picked up the same item. Obviously, I had to pay the regular price. I paid $90 USD more than what I originally paid. It gives me the impression that ZARA falsely advertises a sale price that it was not going to deliver and which a customer ends up paying regular price for. With this issue, ZARA will not even contemplate honoring the sale price because they say they reserve the right to not adjust prices. However, I did not ask for a price adjustment, I asked them to honor the price which I originally paid for an item which I never received due to their lack of customer service. Zara typically doesn't do it for me. I've been to a few locations and never loved it there. So when I was in Brickell City Centre and saw there was a Zara there, I didn't run towards the entrance, BUT I had some time to kill so I figured why not. The location is a two story shop which had men's clothing on the upper level and women/baby's clothing at the lower level. I'm saying lower level since I started at the top of the building just as an FYI. Also, I have no need to go into either department so unfortunately, I have nothing to report there. What I will say about this Zara is that I actually enjoyed the selection of clothing. Typically I look at Zara as a more expensive H&M for people who are even skinnier than those who wear H&M, BUT I was able to snag a few deals. I found this location to have a ton of clearance/sale items which, at least in my experience, is difficult to find at other Zara's. I paid $35 for three items which I was more than pleased about. The store was pretty organized for how many people were inside and for how many customers presumably come in and out of this location during the day. They kept up with the chaos pretty well. The checkout experience was fine. You know, you're in Miami so don't expect to be in and out in seconds, but the guy at the counter was friendly and eventually I was on my way. For me, this location isn't the closest, but with my newfound interest in Zara, I might just have to swing by if I'm in the downtown area- as long as they're having a good sale. read more

Zara at Brickel city Center is probably one of the newest and more modern locations in the south Florida area. I enjoy this particular one the most because it is quite large and spacious, the dressing rooms- even though there's usually a long line it moves quickly. The selection of clothing in the women's department is ample and typically the staff does a good job organizing and keeping it neat, compared to other Zara's in town. read more

Definitely my experience today makes take the decision of never buying in Zara Again. On internet says the store close at 8 Pm however we arrived around 7:15 and the store was closed already, today was raining and i had my baby of 5 months and we ran to come to the store. However when we arrived and was closed someone came to us and explain us it was closed already and he called the manager and definitely it was my worst experience with a Coustomer service because this guy was very rude and close the door in my family face. They don't care about the clients definitely the Coustomer service is the worst. I am a Zara fan and anytime I see a new location I get giddy! I have to go inside and see what's up! I especially love their kids departments and am always super ecstatic when a location carries the kids line. So, this location in Brickell City Centre get s a good score for having a kids line. Unfortunately, the selections were limited since a sale was going on and the store was trying to reduce items to make room for their Spring 2019 inventory. I still was able to find a few items for my son and a lovely skirt and perfume for myself! The store was clean and since it was closing, there were several cashiers readily available to check us out. I visited this new Zara store in Brickell City Center on on opening day and I was impressed. This store is gorgeous! It's huge, with the entire second floor for the men's department and gigantic first floor for the women's and children's departments. There were tons of staff members to keep things running smoothly and they were all very friendly. The store is adjacent to the 8th street metro mover station (no cost) so it's very easy to access. Overall, this is a beautiful store and they had a very successful launch day! read more

An eclectic and vast selection of fashion for men, women, and kids. It's mostly clothes with a sprinkling of accessories, shoes, and swim. The fitting room was chaotic. We weren't directed to a room; we just had to find an empty one ourselves. Once we went to pay, boy, the line was long. The associates were chatting away, so that didn't help. I got no acknowledgement or greeting. I'm happy I walked away with nice jeans for an affordable price, a cute top, and a nice dress for a good price, too, on the plus side. read more

This is a wonderful Zara location and as a customer for over 20 years I have been to Zara locations all over the world from London to Paris to New York etc. I can't say enough great things about the style and fashion that Zara creates but Everything else is a disaster!! Like someone said before with the bag situation... You can hardly even call these bags because if you bump into something it instantly tears & now they even charge you but don't tell u!! Furthermore, there must be a better fitting room system... the wait time is appalling but yet Absolutely no assistance whatsoever not to mention a helpful friendly face. I figured out how to book your fitting room on the app which is colossaly unfair to others btw...You literally have to come with a personal assistant to hand you clothing and retrieve proper sizes. No where to hang things & nowhere to put your belongings- just a 2x2 square!! I get they're trying to cut down on costs but it could run so much more efficiently & smoothly . I would love to be the one to implement that!! Please call me-I'm a professional shopper w/ real experience since kindergarten. Not a single friendly face in the store the employees all seem so put out by your questions apart from a select few... let these employees take their goddamn masks off already!! Yes, I bought a seriously amazing winter coat during the peak months of Miami's brutal summer. I couldn't resist the deal. This store has no shopping bags,I kindly asked the cashiers from second floor (mens floor)to put some clothes on the side table they have next to them,and they refused,I told them it was really heavy,I was shopping mens clothes,they said they were sorry (sarcastically )and told me they can't do anything,I called the manager of that floor and this guy came to help with absolutely nothing and told me they couldn't hold the clothes behind the counter,or in the closet cause it was for returns(I was shopping !)he then turned around and kind of laugh to the cashiers. Second they have an attitude and have zero manners,and I believe no one should be paying to carry heavy clothes when you have a side table a closet a counter and space enough to hold stuff while you shop. The employees are incompetent as well as management. They are not good with returns or exchanges and lines are always out the door. I was lied to and told they had a 90 day return policy because of COVID and since they're dressing rooms are closed. (Which also makes shopping here that much more of a nightmare). I took the clothes home and one of the zippers broke as soon as I put it on. Couldn't get my money back, only store credit I don't want or need. This is the worst Zara I've been to in my entire life. My review is based on the fitting room alone. I came on a Thursday night, so it wasnt busy, but as soon as I waited for the fitting room, a mean black girl told me to take 1 step back (from across the room) and proceeded to make me wait 20 minutes for a fitting room...the fitting room was empty. On both sides (the app side and the "regular" side. Which is the dumbest shit in my opinion. Then a line grew, all meanwhile the girl was talking about a Youtube video...she turned around and looked at the line and she remembered where she was and told me to go inside a fitting room, which was filthy. The whole ridiculousness of not letting the customers try on clothes but letting them take them home to then return the clothes back to the store is ABSURD!! Trying to say it's because of COVID is even crazier !! So we can't try on the clothes for 5 minutes in the dressing room but we can bring them home for days or weeks to my home?!? Whoever came up with that bright idea needs to rethink their strategy! Also, because of this policy the line is SUPER long at the register because people have to buy everything and then stand in line again to return , which is obviously causing the line to be very long.
