I love Zara and the fashion especially when there are sales. I went there recently and they completely redid the entire store and hired like 100 people in sales. Which about 70 had a bad attitude. I was very disappointed with the level of service. I asked on multiple occasions for assistance and these latin women working there gave me the worst attitude. I confronted the manager and her attitude was the same which was not suprising. I love zara when there are sales but, do not recommend going to the store in dadeland. I've been here several times. The prices are okay but it's like a hit and mess with the material they use. Sometimes the prices aren't worth the material. Zara is a brand that's always deliver the upmost fashion forward trends at affordable price point. If I have to take Zara clothing out of my wardrobe it will be heart wrenching because I can always find something unique out of every collection. What I don't respect is the lack of customer service. This location sucks and every process that they have doesn't put the customer first. It's disappointing that a brand has so much to offer but they cannot get a system around making their customers feel valuable. Managment needs to step in and do something about this store asap! First the majority of employees are teens who can careless about the brand and service! The lines are outrageous because the pos system is as hot of a mess as this store! After going in twice on the weekend and the fitting room line nearly as long as to the front door, i decided to buy online. I decided to have the sandals i tried on at the store shipped there so that I can stop by pick up and leave. Sounds easy not complicated right?! Well the pos didn't work, the one manager was handing out payroll checks while making me hold to pick up the item. Then got asked 3 times for ID, i had the receipt on hand. No clue his place is horrible. Perhaps ive out grown the store. Perhaps its this store?! Not sur zara is such a great brand very sad. The store is a hot mess also. When ur paying upwards of $50 for a shirt you want it to be in decent order. Most merchandise is dirty (make up stains) or broken or falling of the hanger. I really don't know if this Zara store at Dadeland Mall deserves at least one start , this store most be close as soon as possible and be ready if you go there to make a long line to pay ,customers very upset like me have to test their patience theirs personal at the cashier are super slow not professional at all and ask loud when if your turn to pay "Cash or Credit" because they always has issues with theirs old computers , they must replace them all at once. Another thing I notice with the quality of Zara clothes , yes quality is super low and single use if you watched after used, so probably is a new concept to buy a discard or single use clothes. Unpleasant from start to finish. I have a high tolerance for shopping situations but Zara is a straight-up mess. This store is never - and I do mean never- in proper order, the lines at the fitting rooms are ridiculously long as are the lines to check out once you've battled all the other obstacles. This is the most successful poorly managed store on the planet because young people (like my daughters) want their clothing. That said, intelligent adults should readily hand over their credit cards to their precious young shoppers and allow those kiddos to do battle at Zara at Dadeland on their own. Note to Zara: have more people at the registers, maintain a separate line for returns & exchanges, have less people on the floor as they offer no assistance whatsoever while you shop and have your store in proper order prior to opening. We arrived at 12:05pm on a Sunday which is a mere 5 minutes after opening and the store was a completely disheveled mess. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would and here's why. I went into the Zara in City Center, Miami and purchased a pair of jeans. The fitting room line was very long so I decided to take them home and try them on at home. If they didn't fit I could always return them to the store closer to my home in Dadeland mall. On my way home in the Uber the receipt must have slipped out of my bag. When I got home and tried the pants on they did not fit. Not four hours later I went to the Dadeland mall store to return them. I found another pair of jeans and I was planning to just exchange the one for the other. I explained what had happened to the sales woman and she told me that the policy was if the customer did not have a receipt that they would exchange the item for the same thing in either a different color or a different size. The store had none of the pants that I purchased and would not exchange them for another pair of pants that were of lesser value. I asked for the manager and the manager told me that the pants that I purchased not four hours before were from last years line and that he would NOT exchange them even though they did not have another pair to exchange for me. So now I am stuck with a pair of pants that do not fit me, that cost me $40 and I have nothing that I can do with them. Nothing! That is some shitty customer service! Do not shop at ZARA!! read more

As a LONG time customer of Zara, it pains me to give 1 star but the online customer service is awful. I bought a blouse I never got to wear. I washed as directed and the blouse shrank and part of the neckline came undone. I could not return at the store because I was past the 30 days (35). I called customer service for online orders as told by the store and was denied my claim. I was denied because according to them, they did not have any issues with that blouse and have not had any other claims. I spoke to a representative and a manager. Both of them seemed to be reading from a script and letting me know that, unfortunately quality control denied the claim. As a loyal customer I'd hoped that it would be easy for me to return a never worn, damaged item but, it was not. All they could tell me was "sorry, your claim was denied". I'm out of $40.00 and Zara is out of a loyal customer who not only buys her clothes, shoes, accessories and handbags from them but also purchases her friends gifts from them. This will not effect them in any way I'm sure, but quality customer service is everything and Zara does not have that. read more

If I could this review 0 stars I would. I'm never shopping at Zara again. I returned two items last weekend and the refund was not properly executed. Thank god I didn't trust the sales girl and kept the receipt. I was supposed to get back in my card, 170$. Somehow, they refunded me ~9$ instead. I called the store and spoke with 3 rude managers (Maria, Ramon - can't speak English, and another one - spoke like a chonga with no sense of professionalism whatsoever), they all told me to call their corporate office. When I call the office the receptionist (also so rude) tells me that they don't handle refunds and that I should go to their website and fill out a contact form to reach customer service. It is beyond me why Zara doesn't have a dedicated customer service number and the managers of a store can't even give the right information to their customers. I asked Maria that I wanted to complain to the general manager .. Supposedly her name is Mayra, and when could I reach her. She said you can try tomorrow but I can't tell you when she'll be in. Hey, Maria, how about use your brain and get down my number and have the general manager call me. No, can't think of that. I had to suggest it, and then she says I won't be in tomorrow but I can leave her the message. Wow, just wow.. I mean these people must get paid 8$ and hour with the amount of responsibility they exhibit. I contacted @Zara_Care via Twitter - explaining my frustrations and I hear crickets. Thankfully I bought the items with my Amex so I feel confident they will help me if I'm not able to get my issues resolved with Zara in the next few days. Bottom line, Zara's customer service sucks, their managers are unprofessional and uninformed and could care less about their customers.
