It's been a while since I last visited Providence Place & definitely had to stop by at the Zara! It's got two floors: 1st floor all women's clothing & 2nd floor has men's clothing. I found it to be pretty clean & well organized. Found quite a few pieces to bring home this day, hehe. OH, & I really appreciated how they had regular mirrors and not just the tinted ones here... really makes a difference! We went on a holiday too & though it was rather packed overall at the mall, the lines were short and didn't experience wait times for dressing rooms + check out. This is a great store with quality items. This location has been busy anytime I've gone and the line is normally long to checkout. I scanned all the QR codes of everything I wanted, then ordered it online so I didn't have to wait in line (there is a 5.00 shipping fee) The women in the fitting room are always super helpful. I would give this place 5 stars if there prices were a little more reasonable but honestly you can't complain you get what you pay for. read more

We recently went to Zara to look for a jacket. They had several options from faux leather to jeans type fabric. The prices were good and reasonable. The quality was not bad for the price point Not a lot of staff to help. But this store is mostly self serve anyway. read more

My friend and I drove an hour to this Zara to make a quick return. We walked in at 7:20 and th employee sitting on the ground on her phone told us the store was closed. We explained that online it says the store is open until 8pm. She replied "no, that's when we get out". She was very short and gave us a nasty face (as seen in the picture). I found this so unprofessional and lazy of the employees to close the store 40 minutes early to sit on their phone on the floor. I would not recommend this zara location. read more

I tried to ask this girl for a size they can find me in the back, she just straight up said they don't have anything in the back. Full disclosure: I had no intention of going to Zara when I'd heard they'd opened, but on a recent trip to the mall to run a few errands, there it was: bright, shiny, big, new and surprisingly inviting. What lured me in was actually a gorgeous, chunky-knit tunic sweater. What got me to stay was that it was $49. $49! I'm not exactly what you'd call a bargain shopper. Sure, I love a good deal, but only if I'd be willing to pay full price for it, anyway. What's nice about Zara is you feel like you're in a cool European store that sells luxurious clothing, and then you go to pay for it and you spend 1/4 of what you'd expect to. This Zara is well-lit, enormous and very organized which appeals to me greatly. However, it was very apparent that they have just opened. There must have been 30 people working there, and it seemed as if only one or two of them actually knew what they were doing. With all the greeters, stock-checkers, cashiers and managers filling up that place, I was a tad surprised when it took a good 15 minutes for them to see if they had something in my size or not. It's all good -- call them growing pains and training opportunities, but it's definitely something they should be working on and ironing out. I was eyeing a few of their dresses on display and, while I didn't have the time to try them on, they caught my interest and were very beautiful. And stylish. And probably really, really inexpensive. Rudest staff ever...and you can't even call to complain they-send you to corporate where you tell someone who does not care and won't follow up. Also emailed with no response. The store had hours posted online closing at 8, apparently hours changed and they didn't update their website, it was actually 7, when I walked in at 6:45 a staff member walked up raised her hand at me in a "stop" fashion raised her voice, and said "YOU CAN'T come in here." I was like what it's 6:45, she said you can't come in here, we're closed! Rudest person ever-I am going to continue to contact corporate because it I was that insulting and disrespectful. read more

So I decide to check out this store since I heard they were coming to the Providence Place mall! So I went in on Opening day Wednesday October 29th 2015! This store looks as if it straight out of New York City! It is brightly lit and all fixtures and floors are flawless! I was greeted immediately upon entering and assisted all through the store! Women's in on 1 and to the left are escalators to go to the second floor where men's is. But if you make a left at the top of the escalator you will head right into the kids dept! Great store if you are use to trim fit clothing. Zara sells clothing shoes and coats at really affordable prices and their clothes last long! read more

Terrible. My son has an issue with tags. I tried the clothing and it fit fine. I took the tags off and washed them. They shrunk down to nothing. I then found out I was unable to return the items because the tags were removed. I will NEVER purchase from this company gain. The people are rude and entitled. My daughter ordered $179.99 worth of clothes and boots but never received her boots. We received constant emails stating they were on back prefer. Finally realizbig they were never going to be shipped I went through PayPal for a refund. Zara refused to refund me my $39.99 back to me. This company does not care about their customers. I bought pants on Black Friday this year for a discounted price. I went to exchange these pants the next morning in order to get my correct size. The dressing rooms were not open on Black Friday, so there is no way I could have tried on these pants in order to get my correct size. When I did my exchange, Zara charged me the difference so I now had to pay full price for these pants to complete my exchange. I explained that the dressing rooms were not open, so how could I have known my size? I explained that I deserved to get my Black Friday discount because I bought these pants on Black Friday. The staff explained that there is nothing they could do. I am very disappointed by the bad business I experienced at Zara today. I will not be coming back and I will tell my friends to do the same. At the very least, they should have offered me a discount for next time. They did not offer me anything, and the woman who was working gave me a dirty look. This Zara always looks like a tornado went through it. I do not think Ive ever seen it look clean or organized like most Zaras. Found one pair of jeans that fit well last time I was there, I usually do not buy anything when I go because it's hard to find anything with that level of disorganization. I remember in the early 2000's and up until about 2010 when Zaras upheld the sleek European clean lines/ clean stores/ high end vibe- Now it's a completely different experience. I have three adult daughters and we have been shopping at Zara for years. This Christmas I ordered an item as a gift but my daughter received two of them so I tried to initiate a return for the one I bought. I tried multiple times through the original order email; there is no link to start a return. I checked the process several times and followed the link back to my order but could never find a link to return the item. Finally I called customer service and was told that I was 5 days past the window for returns. First of all, I am actually 4 days past the 30 window which would have been January 3rd, but what other company holds such rigid and small return times over the holidays?! The customer service representative denied my return request. I am NEVER shopping at Zara again. I went to this location last week during the sale and the girl working (fake tan and blonde hair) in the dressing room was so incredibly rude. She acted annoyed and asked me if I was getting anything I left in my dressing room even though I expressed that none of the pieces fit me. It's really sad that Zara is such an amazing brand, but there is not management in this store. I've been aggravated a few times in this store because all the employees have a nasty attitude, so I was wondering: does the management know about this? Yes they do, because they are the nastiest ones, today I was deciding on a pair of shorts and a girl in the dressing room comes with her nasty attitude, interrupting my conversation and giving basically the order to hang the one that I wasn't taking. I really do not appreciate the attitude of these people, and I have share my concerns and they all agree, it's sad that we have come to the conclusion to order online or just drive to Boston or New York.
