Love the location of the store but that's pretty much it. Terrible customer service, no staff is aware of how to say hello or even smile. Management, Dejon; is rather unfortunate at what he does. Absolutely will not ever shop here again. I have came three times to Zara's and each time, I've left with a headache and in the worst mood. My fiancé bought me a coat for Christmas which is beautiful; however, it's smaller than expected. I've tried to return my coat three different times and have not succeeded. The staff at Zara's are extremely rude. I arrived once 39 mins before closing and they didn't not let me in, they refused and said that they were already closing for the night. I told the lady at the door that I needed to make a simple return and all I needed to do was an exchange. She was rude and no that they were closed. I was very upset and asked to speak to the manager. The exact words of the manager were "you can come tomorrow we are open from 11-7pm". and told me that I need to come at a better time. Excuse me? I live an hour away so I will not come here when it's convenient to you just because you want to close? I arrived 30 mins before closing which is technically before 7 and you are telling me you cannot take me? So, what you have online and what you are telling me about your times is inaccurate or do you choose when you feel like letting people in???? I also went a couple days prior an hour before closing and the same thing happened. Today was my third time going and again no return/exchange. I will be going back a fourth but not to exchange my coat. I will be coming back for a full refund and will not be back again. This company has extremely cute clothes that I love, but i will NOT waste my time. The staff is terrible and makes the shopping experience a freaken nightmare. I will not return again and I will take my business elsewhere. I don't wanna inconvenience the employees. read more

Horrible customer service! Didn't care to help solve my problem, I drove 40 minutes to be able to go to a Zara that was open. The manager could care less about helping me. Very disappointed with this location let alone the way Zara approaches their customers problems. Policies should be uniform across all Zara's, it doesn't make sense that this Zara has its own policies while the company has another. Won't be returning to this location again! read more

The lines are long and the cashiers are so slow and everyone else seem like they don't want to be working. It wouldn't be bad if they would be faster at the front . 2 stars in general for this gorgeous store is alarming. I would like to take the time to write this review and actually request corporate office to contact me via message. I wanted to express my experience with the manager on Monday February 25th 2019 on shift Miranda. By the look of the rest of the reviews its seems like they have changed a few managers around. It can be depending on the shift since its a retail store. The store is beautiful and is in a perfect location for the IE. However how can such a great store have such poor talent working here? Its a customer service issue clearly and it will reflect on sales for this location. My experience consisted of bad looks poor attitude and the own manager. Nobody was smiling nobody was greeting. In addition I went in to do an exchange and Miranda the manager yelled out to me and my fiancé the line starts over here on the right side of the register. When we had originally went in to ask for the exchange it started in the middle. Surely after we waited in line other people kept lining up in the middle. She seen the line built up and didn't say anything to make anyone move to the right side. I thought it was weird she was so rude to me and my fiancé. It was like she was in a bad mood or I we bothered her. I wrote this review to express how people feel and how experiences matter. Why not hire a manager or employees that like to smile and greet and help. I bought stuff here last night and spent $500 and the lady did not give me a receipt, since the dressing rooms are closed I decided to buy it all. She assured me I could bring it back. I got home tried everything on and a handful of items did not fit correctly. Not even 24 hours later I come back with my items and they won't return it because I have no receipt. The manager was rude and walked away from me. Her employee does not give me a receipt so I can't get my money back? I also receive attitude and all because some things did not fit right. This Zara location employees are beyond rude and not helpful whatsoever.Every time I go in I'm only ever greeted with a annoyed stare down and a once over.Not ONE employee talked to me,I also had about 10 to 12 items in my hands with three other shopping bags in my hands (clearly struggling) and NOT ONE PERSON asked if they could start a room for me and many employees saw me struggling..I finally had to go search and ask.Then when I went to go try something on the guy working the fitting rooms just rudely says "just go in any open room" and turns away.Do these people think their better than the shoppers?I spent 300 dollars in there and it makes me sad knowing some of that money goes to those rude people. read more

The return policy is stupid. If an item is worn even once and any tags are removed, ZARA will not refund you. I had the receipt and all the tags in the same bag when I came to return the shirt. They refused to refund me and they don't even do store credit. I'll never come back because they sent me up the chain of command. I spoke to 2 managers and customer service. Customer service finally sent me back down to the managers at the store and said t was up to their personal discretion. Their subjective decision was that because I had taken the tags off, they decided that they would not be able to refund me. They blamed it on "European Policy" but she straight up admitted that the tag issue was up to her own discretion. If you've ever worked in the retail industry, like I have, then you know that any manager can decide to do a refund for customer courtesy and to keep customers. I made it clear that this was my first and FINAL purchase with ZARA. read more

UNPROFESSIONAL ASF THE MANAGER AND THE ASSOCIATES! They said that my $50 was not going through the system WHEN THEY DIDNT EVEN SCAN SHIT THROUGH THE MACHINE BUT ACCEPTED ALL MY 20's and when I called the manager he goes we scan ALL 20's, 50's, 100's LIES! The associate CHRISTY didn't scan shit at all, took my 20's so fast and didn't scan ANYTHING and when I called them literally after I left to speak to the manager he straight up and lied and goes 'out policy is to scan ALL 20s,50s,100s' BULLSHIT YOU DIDNT EVEN SCAN ANY OF MY 20s nor the $50 I gave you the first time and when I asked him how come he didn't scan my 20's then if that's the policy? HE HANGS UP!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, train your fucking managers correctly or nobody is going to want to shop at this location. No longer coming to this Zara again! Returning my stuff as I'm writing this review because this store is shitty asf! And if you want to know the time and day, 03/24 around 210 roll the clips back and check to see if they scan EVERY BILL corporate. My first time at this store was horrible, my daughter has received a jacket for Xmas and it wasn't her size so I went into the store to exchange for her size. The store did not have her size so I assumed I could grab another item of the same thing price like any other retailer would do. Well when I went to the cashier I explained the situation and she stated she cannot do an even exchange and that it had to be the exact same item bc I didn't have a gift receipt, which is never an issue at any other retailer. I asked them can you order one to come into the store that's exactly what another retailer would do and they said no bc online is a separate department from in store. So whatever's I had to ask my family member for a gift receipt which ofcourse she did not have anymore since it was 2 weeks later and who keeps receipts after they gave someone a Xmas present. Since it was an online order my family member gave me a copy of her actual online purchase along w a barcode. Here I go to the store once again and once again that was not good enough for them. The cashier first said I can't exchange bc this is like a receipt I would be basically giving the money back to whoever purchased this for you and at that point I was furious so I said fine give her the money back I honestly didn't even care for the jacket anymore. And then she says oh wait but this was purchased back in the beginning of December and I'm like ofcourse it was, it was a Xmas gift . So the chairs stated the receipt is no longer valid as it's expired already. Just want to warn everyone, they have the worst return policy ever. Especially right now thru covid, you want to buy things online to be safe but a store like Zara will not be helpful if you don't know your exact size. I had to call customer service to get an extension bc they have me going back and forth to their store for a jacket that regardless will be returned. read more

So I need to buy a gift card for one of my friends birthday and I kept calling and calling the stores and none of them answered. I called corporate, I forgot the name of the man who helped me, and he said that ALL their stores are open and repeatedly told me I can walk in and buy a gift card. I drove 40 minutes to the nearest Zara store in Victoria Gardens only to find that their store was closed and on the doors there was a paper with two phone numbers on it. It said to call these numbers if we need anything. So I called both numbers at least 5 times each and no one answered or bothered to call back. Infuriated, I left and won't be back anytime soon. I understand some stores are closed because of Covid-19, but the guy at corporate told me several times "Yes you may walk-in to any of our stores and buy a gift card because they are open now". So disappointing with their return/exchange policy! I was given a sweater for Christmas and it wasn't really my style. My sister said the sales person that sold it to her insured the gift receipt was packed with the sweater. Come to the store to do the exchange to find out that it was the incorrect gift receipt with it (mind you my sister did a lot of shopping in the store with multiple items so no surprise gift receipts were with the wrong item- I get it, it happens). I go to exchange and was told it didn't match up, and the only option was to exchange for the same style but diff size/color. Store credit wasn't an option nor exchanging for something else I would actually wear. No wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing left and right, I was so in disbelief there wasn't another option. No big deal, I'll keep it the sweater but at this point I will never shop or gift anyone anything from Zara period. The sweater had all the tags, never worn and wasn't even an item on sale- it was still at full price! I wasn't going to argue with the cashier, it wasn't worth the effort.
