Thursday 2-12-2026 at 12 pm is the ideal time to shop here . Shoppers were minimal which was great for me. Didn't feel chaotic to maneuver in the aisles . Michael was so helpful -- he took the time to explain the differences between several pairs of shoes and helped me figure out which size was the best fit for me. Sergio was my cashier and he was great too. I was in there for a while trying to decide, but they had some good sales going, so it was worth the time. The only small downside was my gift card -- I had a little trouble scratching it off, and the staff couldn't assist since it's against their rules (which they explained). I understand why, though. had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to return or exchange a pair of unused shoes that didn't fit my daughter--even though I had the receipt. I don't live near the store, so it's not easy for me to just stop by, yet I was told I was one day past the return window. I waited on hold for a long time just to speak to a supervisor, and in the end, no one--from the in-store manager at the Ontario Mills Nike Outlet to customer service over the phone--was willing to help. I'm genuinely disappointed by the lack of flexibility and empathy in this situation. It wasn't a complicated request--just a simple exchange for a $38 item, unused and with proof of purchase. I've supported Nike for years--my whole family wears Nike and Jordan products--but this experience left me feeling like customer care is no longer a priority. It honestly felt like I was asking for a favor, not making a reasonable request. If one day makes such a difference that they can't help a loyal customer, it raises serious concerns about Nike's commitment to service. Wanted to get some new shoes for work and was recommended the Nike Pegasus! I went to this Nike store to try them before I buy them. Inside was pretty packed but I'm not surprised since it's Nike and we all like Nike! They had a few selection on display where I can try them out. When I tried on these shoes, they were incredible comfortable and bouncy! I like the style and the colors they had on display so I went with the black and white. The shoes were also on sale so I got a good deal on them they are worth every penny. When checking out they asked for my number which I didn't have but if I signed up I'll save another 15 dollars so I said heck yeah sign me up so that I can save even more! I had an extremely frustrating experience at Nike Ontario Store #110. I was shopping with a police officer who qualifies for Nike's First Responder Discount (10% off), as clearly stated on Nike's own website. When we politely asked about the discount at checkout and were ready to provide the required first responder ID, the cashier, Elijah, incorrectly stated that police officers do not qualify--claiming the discount was only for military personnel. We knew this wasn't accurate, as Nike's website explicitly lists law enforcement as eligible for the discount, along with EMTs, firefighters, and medical professionals. It was clear that the employees at this store were not properly trained on Nike's policies. When we requested to speak to a manager, Elijah smugly claimed he was the manager. When I offered to verify the policy myself, he responded with rudeness and unprofessionalism, flashing his badge with an attitude and mockingly handing me a Nike business card, telling me to call customer service. I called Nike customer service right then, and they immediately confirmed that police officers are eligible for the First Responder Discount. Instead of acknowledging his mistake, Elijah tried to cover it up by falsely claiming there was a 10% "birthday reward" on the account--despite the account holder's birthday being in October, not March. This was an absolutely terrible customer service experience. Nike, you need to train your employees better, especially your so-called "managers." Customers deserve respect, not arrogance and misinformation. Disrespecting first responders--who put their lives on the line--is unacceptable. No wonder Nike's stock is struggling--if this is how you treat customers, it's no surprise. Do better. read more

I called at first they said they will close at 6pm. I drove as fast as I can but there was a line when I arrived. And was told there was a cut off and that was already the last set of group that will be allowed to let in. I should have warned when I called. I understand the long day you all have worked there. But also be mindful, be sensitive and be understanding that some of us travelled so far. Giving 2 stars because of lack of communication when I called around 5:30pm, I arrived 5:47pm. In my opinion --- Cashiers can act like they are the customer lol---I visited this store recently to return an item, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After waiting in a lengthy line, I was next in line for a customer service representative with the initials, "A.L.," to process my return. Instead of assisting me right away, she immediately began trying to sell me on the store's app. I politely declined, explaining that I was in a rush and just wanted to complete the return. She then asked me if I was sure I didn't want to sign up for the app. I reiterated that I simply wanted to finish my transaction and be on my way. At this point, she put her hand up in the air---and said, "You're cutting me off," so I will not be assisting you! ---before refusing to help me with the return. She then summoned her manager, who arrived to assist. Normally, when dealing with these types of situations, managers will at least make an effort to listen to the customer, but in my experience, they often seem dismissive or even laugh once the customer walks away. The manager did assist me, but when I asked for her name, he told me he had written it down on the card. When I checked, the name wasn't actually on the card, so I had to return to the store and take a photo of her badge to ensure I had the correct information for reporting to corporate office. I visit this location frequently because they typically offer great deals, but after this hostile interaction, I no longer feel comfortable shopping here. I've since reported the incident to corporate, though I have little expectation of any meaningful follow-up. Customer service, unfortunately, just isn't what it used to be. This nike outlet is always crowded with only a few cashiers, and they can be quite rude :( read more

I see 20 people still shopping in store and all I needed to do was return, something that would of taken 5 minutes. He then proceeds to tell me that it's inventory night and they are closing early, the site says open til 9pm and I called and was told 9pm. Waste of gas and rude customer service overall. Not good for someone who spends money on your products, bow driving to OC to try and return, where they are also doing inventory but remaining opening honoring the hours listed. read more
