Dr. Manoel is the worst dentist ever and her EGO is even worse. She butchered my root canal AND REFUSED TO RETREAT IT. I began calling her in pain just a few weeks after it was done. She kept telling me to give it time. After a month in a half of being in pain she reluctantly agreed to see me. I ended up going back to her twice for pain, each time I and my pain were dismissed. Told me to get another opinion because she did nothing wrong. I ended up having to find a specialist to retreat the root canal and place a new crown on the same tooth not even 5 months later. Came out of pocket $4200 for the retreat. I took Dr. Manoel to small claims court and WON because I had evidence of her malpractice and negligence. She appealed the decision and hired an attorney and won on a technicality. You have to file your claim within a year of discovery I filed ONE MONTH too late. This whole situation was draining and I hope no one else has to go through this and for those that have had issues with Dr. Manoel(I saw some of the reviews) I encourage you to get some type of justice for the pain and suffering she has caused you. read more

She was able to work on the root canal and fix the problem that was giving me a lot of pain. I was really impressed with her work and equipment she used, which was more advanced then my dentist. Didn't go to dentist for about 4 years and I thought I should get in cleaned at least. I called about 5 different places near my house and they were all booked but when I called this place they had an opening so I checked in quickly. Found out I had cavities in my wisdom teeth and the doctor told me I had to get it removed ASAP. Got 4 wisdom teeth extracted by this doctor and I gotta say, I thought I would die because of all the pain I'm going to go through but I was wrong. Doctor Manoel made sure the extraction process didn't hurt as much and surprisingly it didn't hurt as much as I imagined.
