The medical care was overshadowed with the hassle of dealing with the billing staff. It has been…read moregoing on for many months. A ridiculously convoluted billing system that made no sense. Insisted I owed for multiple visits and services, even though I could prove that my credit card was charged on every visit for copays OVER the amount that I required (I did not know the amount of my copay at the time). One billing rep said I would be reimbursed for the overpayment. After continued telephone calls and bills, another rep said the co pay was applied to some other kind of procedure (I did not have a procedure) which was attached to an "account number" that she said her part of billing office does not have access to. She said insurance coverage is still unclear. She said if I over paid, I'll be reimbursed. I'm paying them to get them to stop hassling me. I'd never go to them again.

She suggested I contact my general physician for input, as I have other medical complications. Also, scheduling this is a huge commitment, as I would need to take up to 2 weeks off of work. She told me that scheduling would be about 4 weeks out from when I called to confirm that I wanted to move forward. After making an appointment and seeing my general physician, and rearranging my calendar at work, I called the office to confirm that I wanted to move forward with scheduling this surgery. I was told that the surgical scheduler would contact me. That was four weeks ago. I have not heard anything. I will go somewhere else to have this done.
