Once I walked in I was greeted by a young lady from behind the counter. She was new and did have to get some assistance from a senior staff member to ring up my order which was not a problem, everyone must learn the ropes. I came in for lunch and ordered the Big Zack Snack and it was very good. The chicken came out very hot when you bit into it, steam released from it. The fries were hot as well and the Texas Toast was toasted to perfection. Over all experience was great, I will return to this location if I am in the area again. read more

This is the second time in 3 weeks I have paid for extra toppings on my salad, and didn't even get the toppings at all. When I call to let them know my order is messed up, I'm told to bring it back and they will fix it. But it cost just as much in gas to go back up there to get it fixed as it did for the extra toppings. So in the end it's not even worth driving back up. I use to love their salads. Me and my son stopped here on the way back from a long trip. We were super hungry, so we ordered from here. At first, we were having a good time there and the food was also of good quality. However, we also ordered cookies. This is the part that they messed up. We were finishing up our food, when my son asked for the cookies, but they weren't there! Idk if it was just because people don't order cookies from there often (I can see why), but I'm extremely disappointed with the situation because I was looking forward to eating cookies after this long drive. love zaxby's one of the best places 2 get some fast food. the price has definitely gone up a lot. do not expect 2 get a lot of food for a good price. some of the stuff can be super rude. the lines are usually pretty long especially at lunch time. the inside is pretty clean but you can some times see spills from foods or drinks. read more

First time ever here and I loved it! The quality of the chicken is the best I have tried from any fast food. The fries are seasoned with a cajun powder (delicious). I recommend trying there zax sauce and the sweet and spicy sauce (they charge per sauce but its worth it). The cajun chicken sandwich is also a good choice and very filling. Very disappointed. I go to Zaxby's regularly and the woman at the Broadway location was so rude. I paid for my meal. She called my number and I asked if she could give me 1 honey mustard sauce. In a rude tone she told me that would be 25 cents. Seriously I wasn't about to charge my card for 25 damn cents. So rude, will never go back. Other locations would just hand you one. read more

My favorite fast food chicken restaurants. I love the cheese bites which are a fried cheese curd in what tastes like a honey-hinted batter. The salads (aka 'zalads') are BIG. I typically opt for the cajun club sandwich, which sounds spicy but I would describe it as more zesty than spicy. The crinkle cut fries are not as good as the waffle fries from Chick-fil-A but the Zaxby's fries are lightly seasoned with seasoning salt which is nice. read more

I was stuck in town for 3 days on jury duty. I stopped here on one of my lunch breaks. I ordered the chicken strips. They were so hot that I had to wait for them to cool off because I burned myself. lol. My only complaint was that the breading fell off in my hands as I ate them.
