The line was literally to the road so I went inside and ordered my food to go and waited for 30 minutes while the employees were listening to music as loud as they could and visibly playing on their phones the entire time I waited for my order. I should also mention there were about 20 other people inside alone waiting for their food as well. This is the worst Zaxby's I have ever dealt with!! First we went through the drive thru and you could not hear the person in the other end or they were mumbling, so we parked and went in. To our surprise the place had one customer inside waiting on their food. We told the clerk at the register that something was wrong with their drive thru speaker that we couldn't hear or understand them. So we ordered our food to go. While we waited , behind the counter the employees acted like they were having a party. I have been a customer of Zaxbys in McCalla since 2008 when i first moved to Mccalla. I will not be back. My order was incorrect. On the phone i was not told to bring the food back and when i got to the store, i had was then told to bring the food back. So my mom had to bring me the food and i inconvenienced her. Several people came in while i was still in the store with their orders wrong as well. I got charged for a drink that i did not even order. The assistant manager told me there was nothing she could do unless i brought the food back. So i just asked for a refunds. All i wanted to my wings to be wimpy and not plain. My time was wasted. When I looked at the menu to see what my drink options are, I see "Coca-Cola freestyle" and that's it; as if I have the machine options memorize.
