What is the problem with this place not giving me what I paid for??? It's been twice now that I've ordered tongue -torched wings online only to get home and have just roasted wings with no sauce on them. I ordered an order of large fries for $2.99 and received a regular order of fries, Kick rocks Zaxby's and all your other locations and hello Wing Stop. I should not have to set in the parking lot to check to see if sauce is on the wings. Take out customers' orders should be the same as dining in customers. Our family eats at Zaxby's at lease once a week, and the Bradley Park location is our favorite. Manager Xavier is our favorite employee, but all workers have been friendly, efficient and kind during the visits over the last year. The prices for chicken platters and salads are very reasonable, and the food is consistently delicious. We usually eat inside the restaurant, and the trash cans are emptied regularly, the restrooms have been clean and the tables cleared for customers. Our only idea for improvement is suggesting the workers ask before putting Zax Sauce packets on the trays or bags of chicken orders. Our family loves the food without adding Zax Sauce. I had a mobile order that was made at 2:41 and stated it would be ready by 2:57. I arrived at the location at 3 and the drive thru line was not moving. I sent my grown daughter in to pick up the order since we did not want to be cold while we were waiting on the slow drive through line. When she arrived inside and stood at the front counter. Everyone was running around and it took almost 2 minutes before being acknowledged. She asked about the order and was given the drinks. The person at the front indicated the food wasn't ready yet. This was about 3:07 when it was stated the food wasn't ready. My daughter continues to stand at the counter for another 20+ minutes. She asked at 3:35 if they had a status of the order ( at this point the order as made an hour ago). They looked and someone said "oh that was completed ages ago, it was in drive". At this point, she already waited 30 minutes past arriving at the location to be told it wasn't ready but the upon checking up with them, handed her the food that was actually completed when she arrived. The food was cold and nasty. No sauces were included in the bag. It is beyond belief that the employee had the customer wait an additional 34 minutes to hand them cold food. The order should had been remade as the customer wasn't at fault. The food should had never crossed the counter at that point. The fact that a customer was standing at the counter for 30 minutes and not once did the employees follow up or check on the status is an issue! 50 dollars down the drain!!! As I read the reviews for Zaxby's, I wince and dry heave at the store everyone else walked into. Maybe I visited that one day where they cleaned and mopped up the sticky floors, but everything was just fine as far as the interior goes. We ordered two black and bleu salads, and they were your standard zaxby flavors...that is to say we both enjoyed them! We didn't dine in, and the salads that we got to go took about 5 minutes to reach us, but I thought it was a pretty good experience. If I lived in Columbus, i'd probably pay this location a visit every so often. Maybe at that point i'd see this location the way other reviewers have, but for this one visit, Zaxby's had their act together. Hope the cleanliness was less a fluke and more the standard! Terrible. If the restaurant cleanliness is any indication as to how gross the kitchen may potentially be, I can't even imagine what is back there. There are napkins all over the floor, looks like the drink machine touch screen hasn't been wiped down in quite a while, tables were sticky and gross. Bathrooms, dirty gas station quality. Even worse, the lady at the front who took my order cursed at the back kitchen (joking around) and laughed right in front of all my kids. The food was meh. Got in the drive thru line tonight, I was the 8th or 9th car from the order box. After being in line for 30+ mins I had only moved up 3 car spots, still 5 people in front of me to the order box. I went by this one on the way home on a Sunday night. Dining room not open of course. The drive thru line was horrible. I waited 40 minutes before I ever ordered. Then another 5 before reaching the window to pay. I then had to wait almost 15 minutes to get my food after taking my money. I only ordered the big Zak snack. Got it home the bread was barely done. I have been a regular here since 2014, and each time I come I have had a pleasant experience that makes me want to come back for the best meal. Not only is every item on the menu delicious, the atmosphere is very friendly and casual, kid-friendly and safe. The staff are extremely polite and easy to understand, unlike the location at exit 4, where the food is just as delicious but they aren't as nice there and don't have military discount for some reason. I highly recommend the fried house ZALAD and the boneless wings in sweet and spicy sauce. The Kickin Chicken is also a favorite and be sure to get the Zaxbys sauce for your chicken tenders! read more

The shift supervisor at 6pm on 12/2/2017 was super rude. She was mad at the size of our order when we invited friends into the restaurant. If you don't want business that's fine. We'll go somewhere we won't be told that we should call ahead for 50 wings. It's the same as if 5 people came through and ordered 10 wings each. It's not a lot of food. I've eating here a few times on the go. Of all the tenders I've had I would say this place is one of the best. They've never jacked up my order and the service is always good. One thing I don't like about it is not given the chance to order honey mustard dipping sauce. I always forget and I really don't enjoy Zaxby's own dipping sauce. This used to be one of our favorite go to fast food restaurants. However, in the last year the service has gotten horrible. Almost every time we go, the order is incorrect. I have made it all the way home to realize that they left out part of the order and messed up the rest. When i bring it to the attention of the staff, they act like it's a joke and funny to them that someone messed up. The manager who works evenings seems to have no control over the employees. We sometimes drive thru this a location because it is very close to twins childcare location. At one time while traveling and discovering that this "family" restaurant didn't offer baby changing stations in either women's or men's bathrooms we swore off the chain as a whole. Not the first time, but I'm all about giving second chances. Ordered two Cobb zalads at 8:26pm with two zax sauces. Had to go in for the sauce, because they forgot to give me the sauce. I get home I completely check the salad and it's two house salads. Soda all over the floor, dirty tables with crumbs and spilled condiments, booths were sticky, we literally had to walk around the entire restaurant to find a table that was somewhat clean. Ketchup and sweet tea containers were both out. The staff had zero personality, mumbled and wouldn't even look at customers. Food is good. I order food for my company when we have great could not do it online anymore. I had to call the day of and it took 9 minutes and 40 seconds to order three items ( A chick and wings platter and two fries). When I got there the miss rang the platter and gave me an extra fry. This was the first time I have had any problems with Zaxby's. The cleanliness upon walking in the door was shocking. The counter that the ice machine and drink machine sit on had spilled drink(s) all over it, paper straw wrappers all over to include on the floor for both, tables and seating had obviously not been wiped off in some time. There was food residual on almost every table in the establishment, no napkins in the napkin dispensers and to get someones attention behind the counter I almost had to be rude to ask for napkins so I could clean the table for me and my wife to eat. It seemed like teenager chaos behind the counter. NO one appeared to be in charge. After waiting some time for the food we order, i saw what appeared to be my order but another number was called. Almost 5 min later someone else called out my number after looking at that ticket with the food i mentioned. It was my food that had been sitting there that another number was called even after the employee read the ticket. I had to go back and ask for plastic ware and napkins once again as nothing seemed to be going right besides the teenager employees having fun conversation with their friends ordering at the register and others whom were seated in the restaurant. The manager of this place should be FIRED and someone clean house of these non-customer service providing employees. I will not be going back there to eat again and I strongly suggest you do not either. Spare yourself the disappointment!!! read more
